Don't use the mobile order. They will take the money and then lock their doors so you can't get your order. Then there is no one to contact at Starbucks to get your money back. The point of the mobile order is to be faster. They make your order your grab it from the counter and go. I didn't have time to sit in the driver through. If I did I wouldn't have order through the app. We could literally see our orders ready on the counter too.
The drive through person was pleasant. I also appreciated her knowing what I wanted.
I have been to the the Starbucks on Fairview Rd, Simpsonville, on 2 different Saturdays (in a row) and it has been closed—both inside store and drive-thru. Today, it, along with the new one on the corner of N Main and Hwy 14 are closed due to the inclement weather coming after midnight tonight. Not sure who manages these stores, but the service to the community is terrible!!!!
I went to the Starbucks before work with plenty of time and then I order my food and drinks in the car in front of me sits at the window for 10 minutes and when I get the window I asked why a took so long. She continued to say because the car ordered drinks at the window and then I get my food and drinks and my food is cold and my drink is completely melted. I then try to call the store to get my order fixed correct it or refund it and I call six times with no answer. I am now late to work
I know these employees are doing their best. I see the same people almost every time I've been in. I order a few times a week, and I usually mobile order, but sometimes that's off. Everyone is always very nice, and I can tell by some of these reviews they get yelled at pretty frequently for things that are not their fault. I'm thankful I can still get my bougie coffee before work, and I'm fine with waiting in a slow line for it.

They have a great staff. Wish the Starbucks on Georgia road had there staff train with this stores staff.
Most of the staff are ok. With their attitudes but this one girl name caiden or Kaitlyn had an attitude since I order from the drive tru like as if me ordering three drinks was too much. When I got to the window she slammed my drinks and was impatient, horrible attitude. This main starbucks need to do better with choosing the right staff for their particular job title.

Always great staff and great products! But it is freezing cold in there! Many folks go there specifically to sit and enjoy some personal time. To study, read, meet friends but you can't spend much time inside because it is so cold. And I'm a person who can't stand heat so that has to tell you something. Please warm it up some...thanks!
