Ordered 2 grilled cheese double patty Melts which come on Texas toast which none of the bread was toasted like you got it out of a fresh loaf the patties on The sandwich was not even half the size of the bread the sandwich was sloppy one of the sandwiches did not come as ordered it was just nasty horrible and the other burger that was ordered wasn’t even right either it came on the wrong bread and it had mustard on it which was told to be left off just utterly disgusted by the meal and out 30 bucks. I took pictures but too bad they’re not allowing pictures to be posted

Sat in the line at the drive thru for 20 mins kept saying "hello" thinking that bc of the sign that said they were short staffed I would give them the benefit of doubt, but we look a little further and there was nobody in front of us. As we approach the window we notice the staff was cleaning up, nobody had on a head set, we had to beep the horn for some acknowledgment. Finally someone came to the window we asked were they closed the young lady exclaimed "in a little bit" it was 1115pm they didn't close until midnight that night bc it was a Friday. We proceeded to order, the cashier was writing down our order on the back of receipt paper. We only got some fries, cheddar peppers, and a milkshake. It took them another 20 mins just to prepare it. Finally the manager (I assume bc she was the only one wearing a different color than the rest of employess) came and told us to have a good day. We waited over almost an hour total at the drive thru for no reason. I feel like there intentionally didn't want to take orders bc they didn't want to, and they knew people would get out of line (so many cars left upset) Sonic of Simpsonville lost alot of money amd business that night due to lack of service... I enjoy the food but it's not worth the unprofessionalism and laziness. Do better or shut down!!!! Signed a very upset and disappointed former customer.

Jean and I decided to give Sonic a try. It has been years since we've been there. We used to like going to Sonic when we lived in Texas. The burgers have changed, they are thicker, possibly bigger, not the same taste associated with Sonic burgers of our past, but still good. I had their breakfast sausage and egg toaster and it was very good. The only complaint the order of fries and tater tots was pretty small.

I finally just left... I pulled into a parking spot to by pass the long drive through line. I pushed the button to place my order and after a few minutes someone came on the intercom and said they would be with us in a minute. Cool no worries. 10 minutes still no one so I notice the screen had timed out so I pressed the button and it said someone would be with us. Okay cool. Then someone pulled next to us and after a few minutes he pushed the button and almost immediately someone comes on the intercom and he places his order so I say to my son 2 more minutes and we are gone. Well you know the rest of the story. 20 minutes of bad service and no food. This is not the first time either. Doubt I will ever be back.

Been sitting in stall waiting for someone to answer, look up and "red button activated" is gone. Pushed again & still waiting.Staffing shortage is an excuse. Place your people in their strongest positions and if you don't have enough staff then managers need to step up.Even when ordering from stall wasn't there because of staffing shortage, drive thru extremely slow. This is gross mismanagementAnd red button activated has disappeared yet again!! UghSat there 30+ minutes and still have to go somewhere else. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous.Y'all need to be retrained, all of you. Someone from Orangeburg needs to get this store up to par. They are awesome in Orangeburg!

I'm literally sitting here as I type this. I ordered a number 1 and a kids meal for my daughter to sit here and eat. The fries was cold that came out with the order. The meat patty was hard around the whole edge of the patty. The burger was sloppy. I wasn't going to say anything until my daughter said that her fries were almost cool. I felt them and they were. I told the person at the intercom I wanted fresh fries and these were room temp. They brought out some fries 1 minute later that was definitely sitting under a warmer. I threw the whole meal away. I usually never come to Sonic, and this is definitely the last time I come here. I would have rather eaten at McDonald's and I never eat there. At least I know I would've gotten fresh fries after I specifically asked for them.

The service is good the food is MID. Not a fan at least of this location.

We love Sonic. Today a lil disappointed. Had a Bacon on Bacon 1/4 Pound Cheeseburger. Got home….No Bacon. I know things are tough on food service workers especially at this time. But STEP IT UP SONIC!!!

Waited an hour on a hotdog, tots and 3 drinks. Our order was on the screen, prepaid with a card, and after 45 or so minutes said the carhop was coming out. After 15 more minutes and a blank screen i buzzed them and it was as if they lost our order. Manager brought food out 5 minutes later and blamed only having 1 carhop. The place was busy but the carhop was not overwhelmed - bringing food out at a slow pace. The place was full of workers inside but i dont guess they were doing anything. After waiting over an hour the manager didnt comp our meal or anything (we didnt ask but we shouldnt have had to) and the hotline we called for sonic at about the 30 min mark just said "they would report it". I blame the manager.
