Love them !!!!!!!!!!!! they show me so much love ! They're so nice that i come everyday literally !! Taylor is a good one there's more names but i have to get them ima write another review they need rewards !i cant add another review idk why, but im back as promised with names!!! this whole crew is amazing they treat me like royalty hahaha seriously though .Vanessa, Abby, Teagan, Cassie, and Kennedee. These girls all get 5 stars from me .
My sister and I stopped by to get a smoothie. For one, there’s a sign on the door telling us to only open the door enough to squeeze through because it’s broken. Second, there’s a huge pile of water or some liquid all along the floor with one small caution sign, absolutely nothing to soak up the spill. Third and most importantly, we weren’t greeted when we came in; however the customer behind us was greeted. We proceeded to the register to order, where we waited patiently as what appeared to be 5 staff members completely ignoring us. They were talking amongst each other and some were making smoothies, but it’s not rocket science. The fact that each one of them looked at us, didn’t speak, and continued on without even greeting or telling us that they would be with us shortly was appalling. With that being said, we politely walked out of the store.. and of course no one still said a word. With that store/staff, I will not be back. It’s a shame because I love Smoothie King and have not experienced this at other locations. I hope there is better training on customer service and general safety measures and maintenance.
Literally walked into this location to get smoothies after a long day and did not end up getting anything due to poor service. First, the door was broken. Then, there was a big spill on the floor with a wet floor sign and no one attending to it. But what made the experience terrible is that we walked in and no one acknowledged us. Later, a Caucasian man walks in and is greeted immediately with a “Hello!” Why not us? Not to mention, we waited at the register and not one of the five girls present and working greeted or acknowledged us STILL. Extremely disappointed with this service. Left due to how we were treated, without ordering. I am an avid smoothie king person, so this really is disappointing.
Couldn’t say if it was any good since they closed 12minutes before their 9pm closing time. I opened door and was told that everything was just put up so I couldn’t order.
This was the 1st time my online order was not ready when I arrived. It was the 2nd time an ingredient was missing from my smoothie

I went there today to bring my husband who’s working at home a smoothie and us smoothies for lunch I asked the guy working there for 2 pumpkin coffee Friday specials in plastic cups like we get every week and two kids smoothies. He charged me for all that and then didn’t know how to use the cash register charged me twice I added two meat stocked when the blonde person came over. I go to wait for our drinks my kids drinks come first and then she says mine are up the other girl brings over smalls in a foam cup I say this is not what I ordered I ordered Friday specials and pointed to what I ordered on the order pickup display the size I ordered. I talked nice at first and they refused to fix the order and they got nasty with me so I got nasty with them back they were the nastiest mannered people working in a food service I have ever met and I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years! All I asked was for my order and they would not fix it and then they wanted to charge me for a third time it shouldn’t be 30-40 dollars for two Friday orders and two kids drinks. I have contacted corporate also.

This was quite possibly the best smoothie experience I've ever had in my entire life! I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome even though we walked in minutes before closing. I was guided through my choices of smoothies with employees that had a vast understanding of each and every smoothie on the menu. After deciding on a mangofest, I watched as they carefully measured and crafted my smoothie, it was such a beautiful experience Gordon Ramsay himself would have shed a tear. My final product of smoothie gold was handed to me with care and I had flashbacks to my happiest moments of my childhood with each and every sip. I'd like to say a unmeasurable thank you to Victoria and Justin for their excellent knowledge and craftsmanship in the smoothie arts, this was truely a wonderful experience.
