They gave our order to someone else and tried to turn it around on us! The other person in curbside signed for OUR order and left! Our order was notified ready @10:55 and then we called they told us we had no order because one digit on the phone number was wrong! The man swore he looked the name up but they just did not care! We walked in and they dismissed us! They are disrespectful and don’t care at all! They need better customer services and curtesy of others!
Terrible experience. Placed an order online, was given maximun delivery time of 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes went by, so we called to check the status. The woman who answered put us on hold while she "checked" our order status. When she returned, she said our pizza was ready to be delivered, but they were waiting for the driver to return to the store. We were confused as the app said it was already out for delivery. She said that they just mark all orders as "out for delivery" once the pizza is done, when in fact ours was still sitting in the store. She then said that she could not give us an estimated delivery time nor how long it would be before their wayward driver returned to the store.About 20 minutes later, we heard a knock at the door. It was our neighbor from across the street, Pizza Hut box in hand. He said that they had just returned home, and our pizza was sitting on their porch. He saw that we had ordered it nearly 2 hours ago and it was now ice cold so he wanted to get it over to us as soon as he found it.So, not only did they deliver our pizza to the wrong address, but they also lied to us about it. I understand that everyone is short-handed and the food service industry is struggling right now, but they shouldn't have lied about it. Everybody makes mistakes. Lying to your customer about their order status when their order is sitting on a porch at the wrong house is just unacceptable. What was their endgame? Had our neighbor not come home, we never would have gotten our pizza. I guess that was acceptable?
A little expensive but the service is great while dining inside. The only problem I had was the wait time. Besides that everything else was perfect
Really unhappy just paid $18 for personal pan breadstick drink combo where it shows online $5. When I brought to their attention they said they don't participate with that deal. Worth the extra miles to skip this pizza hut and go to another
It was ok. Pizza Hut is not my favorite, but this one was ok. We ordered the big box, two small pizzas, 8 boneless wings (chicken nuggets), and breadsticks. Still, I feel it's over priced. $31+ tax
This is a picture of the new spicy pepperoni pizza with double the pepperoni. The picture speaks for itself. Where's the double pepperoni? Don't be misled by the other little round objects on the pizza because that's just chili peppers. It maybe three little pieces of pepperoni per slice.My daughter and I was so excited to order this new pizza but it turned out to be a total let down!!!
We got the wrong pizza. Got a stuffed crust multi-meat pizza, we ordered a pan sausage and mushroom, half pepperoni. Not happy.
My pizza was ready and brought out quickly. The young man that brought it to my car was extremely pleasant and joked with us. I really enjoyed my experience last night.
My delivery always comes on time the driver really polite and my pizza taste delicious always
It was empty so we seated ourselves.. The waitress was friendly.. but the food was greasy and tasted undone.. but I guess I should've explained it to her..
