Ate there last night 4/22. Horrible service…. Took over fifteen minutes just to take our order… never were offered refills for our drinks…sat for 30 minutes just waiting for our billEven more HORRIBLE FOOD. I ordered a salad. Menu said nothing about it having beans. It was loaded with beans - yuck! When I mentioned it to the manager 30 minutes later (since no one checked on us) she just smiled and walked off.Never offered to make it right.Then, upon being the bill (finally), they automatically added 3% cc fee — I paid cash.I will likely NEVER eat here again, and advise you the same.
We paid WAY to much for food that was just ok plus the fact that my hubby's plate had a hair in it. Service wasn't that great,but they were short staffed.Also sidenote, I went to the restroom directly after an employee came out (one person BR)and there was an empty soap dispenser and no paper towels SO she definitely did not wash her hands! Doubt we will be returning to this Papa's and Beer.
Just like previous review, i too were cheated with the prices. Prices on menu do not match your bill. They refuse to correct the bill or the issue. They have been updating their menus for 1 1/2 years per an emoloyee and its my fault because i didnt read their sign on the door. Funny part is i asked the waitess if prices were right on menu since this has happened at another location and waitress said menu was right. Oh thats my fault too because waitress is new and didnt know per lady at register. I will never go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND !
Food was average taste for crappy mexacan food and our server was good BUT, When you check out, they charge higher prices than are on the menu. Manager acted like it was my fault somehow. I Will never go back.
New to the area and stopped in after work for some authentic street tacos for dinner. I ordered 6 steak tacos and they were seasoned and cooked perfectly! The salsa bar was a great addition and the hottest salsa and the green one with cilantro were my favorites! I would definitely go back again to try some other menu items! The ladies in the front were extremely helpful! Great customer service, location, overall great experience!
I placed an order for 3 to go with no problems. It only took 15 minutes to cook and pack.
The best fajitas I have ever had, I have no doubt they are the best in Greenville,Sc!the salsa bar is delicious!Please don't change the recipe!
Food is good, but like every place else prices are up. That's why 4 stars. Don't go out very often for that reason.
Great service. Food was alright. I thought the food was a little greasy. Overall good atmosphere.
I never submit reviews but, my husband strongly encouraged I write one. Our experience was flat out awful. We decided to give this location a second try as our first time wasn’t the greatest.We went this Tuesday, the establishment had maybe two other customers. Nobody greeted us, no big deal. We sat down and someone eventually gave us menus and took our drink order. We then sat waiting for our waitress to take our order.. all while all the waitresses are chatting and sitting in the booth behind us. All things we are willing to excuse.We order and get our food. My husband and I begin eating and a dead fly was cooked in his food. The waitress simply shrugged and said “You want another one?”… Absolutely poor.No apologies or exchange of words were given. No kitchen staff came out to apologize, nothing. We immediately left after paying our bill. We definitely will not be going back and I strongly encourage others not to either until they get DHEC in there or at least bug traps.
