This used to be my go to place for take out pizza but now I need to reconsider. Not long ago our delivery took like 2 hours and today we couldn't even get delivery. I couldn't even order online. Calling my order in and going to get wouldn't have been so bad but their calls are now directed to India for your order to be taken. I couldn't up size my pizza like I normally do, I couldn't use or earn my rewards dollars and my order was wrong. The store had a lot of people working so I'm not sure what is going on. I hope they get back on track.
Ordered stuffed crust pizza but realized it was regular crust after the delivery guy left. Called the store and the manager had my pizza delivered again. Both delivery drivers were nice!
I tried the local place near 3 times just to be sure before writing a review. What ever happened to PJ pizza needs to change. One time it was the best pizza you could get. NOW, i wouldn't suggest it to anyone. All three times the pizza was just dank. I dont know if its the local establishment or just PJ's changes to how they make their pizzas now.if you have no taste buds, order away. otherwise look into local mom-and-pop pizza places.
Before I finish this off, I thought I would share.I'm sure a regional or district manager wouldn't have received a cookie with BURNT edges!
It really pains me to write this. I've been a lifelong Papa John's fan. But recently it's gone down hill. Ordered and paid for Tuscan pizza with pepperoni. Received a regular pepperoni guess they thought we wouldn't notice the difference? Wings were barely cooked and that was after pulling up to wait on them. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Glad I at least used a coupon.
Ordered NY style crust pepperoni pizza. Nothing like the picture. The cheese, sauce nor pepperoni covered the crust. Turned out to be basic hand toss that I paid extra for.
I was here yesterday, I paid for over half of my order in cash using my debit card for the remainder of the total. I was charged the full amount of my order on my debit card & the employee claimed she thought the 40 I gave her first “was a tip” but no she knew what I was doing I told her & she heard me . Who leaves a $40 dollar tip on a $60 dollar pick up order.? She knew better. If I hadn’t checked my bank account I would have never known . Who knows if she has done this to people before ?! On top of that my order was wrong & I was given an uncut pizza . The general manager was very nice & apologetic though , he was professional & made sure to make this situation right. I appreciate the general manager (Jesus) of this location but the employee who pocketed my money ….. she knew what she was doing she just didn’t think I would actually notice. I almost didn’t ….
Store loses order. Takes 2 hours to deliver. App doesn't track any more. Can't call the store anymore because they outsourced everything to call centers. Pizza has gotten worse.
Pizza is great. I order online and pick up in store. The employees are super friendly. The papidas are great!
O my goodness this is not a New York Pizza. The pizza is very small . O not to mention that when I’m in the store the White girl making pizza cough in her hands and had gloves on and instead of her taking the gloves off and washing her hands she washed her hand with the gloves on. And continue to make someone’s pizza And the manager said nothing but are you ok . I will not be ordering from there ever again
