EVERY TIME I went to this Panera on Fairview Road, they’re missing some ingredients! It’s unbelievable! If is not the avocado, which I can understand, is something so accesible like cherry tomatoes!!! They are across the Public Supermarket!! In other occasion they didn’t serve me a sandwich because they didn’t have the bread, and they didn’t want to substitute for another! REALLY??? Really bad service and management. Disappointed.

Panera bread in Simpsonville SC . Today we ordered two green Cobb salads and paid for them we waited 10 minutes and went up and they told us they did not have any greens available except for arugula. So I asked them if they were fresh the manager said yes. So we decided to not make a big deal and waited forSome thing we did not originally order. When we received our arugula salads and sat down we noticed they were not fresh whatsoever. We decided since it was Mother’s Day and we were with my mother we did not want to make a big deal. However, we were very disappointed in the service and the product of what it usually is a very good experience for us at Panera bread.
If you get food here through the drive thru check it before you leave. Ordered a salad that came with chicken and they left it off. Seeing that is the main component it’s kind of a big deal. Drove back to the restaurant told them through the drive thru and both the person at the speaker and the gentleman at the drive thru just handed me the chicken unapologetically. Simply stating here is your chicken. I realize it’s fast food and not a 5 star dining experience but the customer service at this location is multiple steps below pretty much any other Panera location.
Decided to stop in to purchase dinner for tonight and lunch tomorrow. I ordered the Baja chicken bowl.. Pick 2 with Fuji Apple Salad and Broccoli Mac and Cheese.. Mango Smoothie and tulip iced cookie. Went through drive thru and service was wonderful..
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich & the cheese wasn’t even melted. I don’t understand how it’s possible for anyone to think we can stomach down 5 pieces of unmelted cheese on 2 pieces of bread.
The food used to be amazing here like at any Panera. Lately I get a salad that is barely full of lettuce and partly brown but worse than that, we sit in the drive through for a horrible length of time. Today no one was in front of me at the drive through for breakfast, I ordered a bagel and cinnamon roll and coffee, so easy to put in bags and have ready. There was one car at the window and myself. It was over 10 minutes and she came to the window, waved her hands around talking to the lady, and went back inside for another 7 minutes. I called twice and no answer because by now I was trapped in their drive through with a car behind and the lady at the window. They finally gave her a small bag. They MUST pull people up like any decent and caring restaurant and bring the food out if it is taking 20 min for one car at the window. I may never go back to this location.
Ate there today and the quality is horrible. Customer service is bad. Manager didn't seem to care that the lady who took our order was rude. The chicken and wild rice soup was watered down. My kids grilled cheese didn't actually have the cheese melted on it.Overall, this place has gotten worse and we won't be wasting our money coming back.
It was ok. My hubby and I were disappointed that it's changed so much since the last time we've eaten there. Also was in a different building. The set up was so strange. Great unsweetened tea though!
I had a delicious sandwich at one of the tables. The tuna was smelly! Then I ordered a sandwich because the one I brought from home was nasty and it smelled, and tasted, like my pockets. The tall blonde little boy who made my sandwich did a lot better than I did!
