Service was great and food super good! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because when we got there and we went to the counter, the hostess asked how many and I told her 2. She didn't ask for a name and said it will be a few minutes. We were waiting to be called and other people were coming in and being seated. I went back to the counter and asked her if we would be getting a table soon and she said she she didn't write our name down and it will be a few min. I seen more people being seated and this was after I had given our name and they had come in after us. About 15 min later I had to go back up to the counter and ask if we would be getting a table again, but this was a different girl. She asked my name and I told her. They didn't have our name on the right paper! So this girl sat us right a way. She said she was sorry. I thanked her. Then everything went smooth after that.
Overall the food was really good but the service and lack of cleanliness is what killed it for us.We waited 10 minutes at our table to be greeted and it took nearly 25 to get our appetizer.We watched tables around us be cleared from newly departed customers and learned quickly why the floors were covered in food and trash debri. It’s because they just swept food and trash from the table onto the chairs and floor without any care to clean it up.Look closely at the pictures and you’ll see food remnants on the chair of table nearby.
You know, you'd think if you paid $65.00 for a good meal for both, you and your spouse it would be worth something!!! Well, it wasn't! The sad part is I've given this place 3 chances and I'm never bias before going, because I genuinely want to see this place get it right! I door dashed my meal this time, because I'm going through chemotherapy and just couldn't be out. It took the dasher 8 minutes to get to my house from the restaurant. Now my husband had the steak and rib combo. Steak wasn't medium well, it was well, ribs didn't have BBQ sauce it was barely brushed, and the coleslaw looked as if it had been sitting for 3 days.I myself had the Cajun pasta, the chicken appeared shredded, as if it was taken off a whole Chicken, and my pieces were the crust, the chicken and pasta was dry, I can't make this up, it was dry enough to touch and NOTHING would get on your hands!!! We don't have$65 to give away with all the medical challenges Anyway, but I truly couldn't even call and complain because 3 strikes means, give it up! And all they will say is "oh we'll gladly fix you another meal at a later date" if its anything like what I've received, NO THANKS! TRUST ME..... JUST EAT ELSEWHERE, this isn't the place for anyone!!!
We visited today with a party of 26. We were seated quickly and had the best experience with our rockstar server, Xavier! Not only was he friendly, he catered to all of our needs (which were a lot with 26 people), and always serviced with a smile. He is a beacon of positivity in the restaurant and it was so refreshing to experience! We couldn’t say enough great things about him and the way he carried himself. What a promising young gentleman with a bright, bright future in whatever he puts his mind to!
We waited for 45 minutes for our food and when it came it was cold. Not only that. Our waitress was not friendly from the moment we sat down. The manager was incredibly disrespectful to our group. And we also waited 20 minutes for drink refills. The manager was not interested in rectifying the situation. In fact he brought cold food out after we returned cold food.
I haven't been to this place to much, but if it were cheaper, I would definitely go more often. The food itself tastes really good and is good quality. This is even after we brought it home and it had been siting for a couple minutes. I could just tell that, since it was still really good, it would be even better in the restaurant. In terms of price, you're looking at about the same as other establishments like this one. About 10-12 dollars for a meal. The only gripe with is is that me and my sister did curbside pickup, and they never brought our food out. It turns out, there was a mess-up and essentially I think they didn't realize that it was curbside and that it was Door Dash. Since I work in the food industry, I know stuff happens, so it's entirely understandable. I mainly say that to say you may need to go in if you do curbside just in case. I can't say much for customer service, but for the minute I was in there, the people seemed really nice. I would recommend this place.
Our experience started off great when the hostess Lisa, who has been there for many years, greeted us with a huge smile and took us to our table in the bar area. It was from this point that the bartender, Andrea, took over and did an amazing job. She explained and described several of the newer menu item to us then quickly brought our rolls and drinks. After taking our order she had the salads out within a minute and kept the drinks refilled and table clean throughout the meal. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Had a great experience and will be back again soon.

O Charley’s is a regular stop for us.Andrea is the best and sweetest waitress/bartender by far. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and she is very professional and kind.Stop in Mon-Thu around noon to meet the best
