Love this store and it is so fantastic here
By far worse experience that was very costly! My husband and I went in for dinner and was apparently a huge inconvenience to the young kids working since they were not pleasant and obviously did not want to be bothered. While our food was being prepared the staff that was making it was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for queso in my bowl which I was clearly paying for. While waiting on my husband's food that was on the grill I went to pay and immediately after I paid the young man walked away from the register and I asked him for my cups and he replied "hold on" as he was cutting up with another young man and his girlfriend standing at the end of the counter that clearly did not work there. I became frustrated and said again I needed my cups at that point he finally got them for me. After getting our food we went to get salsa which was empty and I had to ask for more and waited about 10 mins or more for someone to put more out which again seemed to be a burden for an employee to do. After we ate ALL trash cans were full and many customers were upset because they could not dump their trash while about 7 or more employees were joking around and cutting up behind the counter. On top of the trash cans overflowing with trash it appeared to have moved to the floor! Trash and food all over the floor, counters very sticky and dirty with trash all over them. Which this whole experience clearly showed there was no supervision or management around. When leaving the restaurant my husband and I were clearly not the only ones upset. And after speaking with my kids who had the exact same experience on different occasions this will be our last trip to Moe's!
Moe's is a long time stand-by that generally offers good good tacos and burritos made fresh and made quick. While this visit delivered the same quick and fresh made with good and fast service, the store itself was unfortunately filthy. One of the dirtiest eating establishment I have seen. Definitely would not have eaten in and it made us question everything including the food.
The restaurant was absolutely filthy. No clean tables, food all over the floors, bathrooms were disgusting, behind the counter was covered food and trash. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days or ever. The hoods above the cook station were covered in grease and black drippings. The salsa bar was dirty and salsa everywhere. The food had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered a bowl and got exactly 4 medium size pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. I had to keep adding salsa to give the bowl any flavor at all. I will say that the salsa was tasty but I had concerns about the holding temperature and cleanliness. My husband ordered a burrito that was falling apart, cold and had hardly no filling or flavor. If I would have seen the restaurant before ordering I would have walked out. Several people complained to the 4 "kids" who were "working" and they didn't seem to be bothered by the state of the restaurant. I wont be back to this location.
Ordered a chicken burrito bowl for lunch at this location today. Didn’t finish 1/2 of my bowl before running to the men’s room with dire vomiting. I could tell something with the vegetables was not right. My assumption is the lettuce or onions were not fresh, possibly expired/rotting. Threw the rest of the bowl away and left.
This location has redeemed itself in my opinion. The last several months were terrible. I decided to give them a chance this afternoon. Complete 180, super friendly, super professional.
This location used to be awesome! After my visit today I will absolutely NOT be returning. The sneeze guard was covered in dust on top and food splash behind. I should have just walked out...but I stayed...who knows why. I ordered nachos and became increasing concerned due to the buildup on the food containers on the line. The salsa bar was not well kept...but I didn't know how bad it was until I got home and discovered the cilantro I got on top of my nachos was absolutely ROTTEN. The Adobo chicken was completely burnt. My nachos were inedible. DO NOT GO HERE.
The last couple times I’ve been to this location the cleanliness does not seem to be a priority. Also reading other recent reviews where other customers sent reviews complaining about the nastiness inside the store and they were told management would be advised, if t does not appear the management cares.This is the dirtiest Moe’s I’ve ever visited. The build up around the salsa bar is unacceptable. The floors have a film of slickness. There were only two tables taken when I sat down. None of the open tables were clean, every table was dirty.I’m done with this location until they get new management.
First, I’d like to say that this is the dirtiest Moe’s I’ve ever been to-constantly. There is trash everywhere, the floors are dirty, tables remain dirty, and the drink and salsa stations are NEVER attended to. DISGUSTING. We have taken long breaks from frequenting this particular store over the past several years because we’ve had so many bad experiences. And, every time we try again we regret it. The quality of the food we received today was horrible. The rice was dried out, and the meat was almost nonexistent. None of the 3 burritos we ordered were prepared correctly. The photo attached is how the drink machine was stocked, or not, at 7:30 PM in the middle of dinner, laughable. The management and ownership of this store is subpar and basically nonexistent, it’s really embarrassing. This will be the last time we even try, after giving this Moe’s store numerous chances we always end up extremely disappointed. And, we enjoy Moe’s. I’ll just have to continue to pick up from the one near my work farther from my home on Pelham Rd. That store is clean and regularly prepares food correctly.
they had no veggies whatsoever , no chicken of ground beef, and no rice. The kids taco was insanely small my 4 year oldate it in two bites! They did not give the free cookie with the kids meal! When we went to sit down a unfriendly man was cleaning and closing tables even though it wasn't 9 yet!! He tolled his eyes and we could here him talking to his coworker about how he was done working and annoyed. The service was terrible and they were rude. Worst run moes ever but what do you expect when its run bye rude 20 year olds who probably live in there parents basement.
