Your order should not be messed up everytime you go there. There's been15 or more times where my order has been messed up. I try explaining I'm great detail what I want for my order and it still gets messed up. For example, if someone says "No Canadian bacon" it does not mean put regular bacon on it. It's even been messed up when I said "no meat on it." I've gotten sandwiches with the wrong egg that doesn't go with the advertisedsandwich. On several occasions I've asked for "unsweetened tea" and said "no sugar" and you give me sweet tea, exactly what I said I didn't want. I think sweet tea is nasty. I don't want that diabetes in cup.
McDonald's at all levels seems to be a worthless company these days. No customer service at all.On 5/7/2022 I went inside this McDonald's on Fairview Rd and placed an order. I stood in a group of people for about an hour. Others getting more and more upset. We were repeated told to just "hold on a sec". I never received my order. No refund no food nothing. They took my money but I got nothing in return. I walked out because I knew I was too angry to deal with the people behind the register. I went through drive thru last night 11:10 pm waited 20 minutes because the line was so long once I went the place my order a cheeseburger meal 9.99 mind you I saw what the first car ordered and the order was extremely long so I'm talking to her about my order she just stopped talking to me I'm steady saying hello so obviously she wasn't going to answer so I pulled around to the window and asked her for her name she told me she can't disclose that information. Mind you I am a branch manager and dealing with customers can become overwhelmed but you have a name tag and you are telling me you can't disclose that information again she ignored me so I went to burger king this is by far the worst customer service in my life time I would rather drive out my way to another McDonald's then go to this one ever again especially at night if she's working I don't know her name but I do know she wore glasses and was sitting down. I'm one unhappy customer. I tried to call the office several times this morning no answer so here I am.
Great service today in the morning. The people there were in a very good mood and the service was amazing. I wouldn’t normally post about a McDonalds but this one was really nice
I pulled up on March 15th It was hair in my food& Chicken nuggets was cold in the inside. They gave me money back very quick without any concerns on why hair was in my food. I recommend you to look at your food before biting. This is very nasty especially with Covid-19’s going on in todays world.!!
I don't eat much fast food however all the kids love it. Service is always quick and fast.
Should probably have what’s advertised on your board!!!! I went to get a shamrock shake which is clearly on the board and was told they didn’t have them..take it down if you’re not going to have them.
Moonville sc Mcdonalds is terrible. I only go fir the frappe and mist of the time they don't have them . Different excuse everytime for not having them
We have gone to this mcDonalds for over 5 yrs now. This year the food quality and service is horrible!!! The have given us burgers with raw meat, French fries that are old and cold and their shake machine is always down!!! Lazy employees and rude as well... we will go to the McDonald's near big loss from heart on!!!
Normally I have no issues here. But today I placed a mobile order and after 15 minutes of waiting in spot 4, I got a thank you message but no order. I verified the location etc. Finally went inside after another 10 minutes they pieced my order together.Made me really late. But the people were friendly. Prob a glitch they need to work out
