Let's just say this McDonald's is not bad, but it's definitely not great either! I understand that it's hard to find good help, but the employees there are terrible! They mess up your order and do not listen when you're telling them what the issue is. My son's burger wasn't right and neither was my change. The next time, I'll just ask for the Manager from the start because the young lady at the window couldn't understand why i was having a problem. When I asked for the Manager so my issues would be resolved, the young lady at the window handing out the orders got an attitude with me and spoke out when the window closed. I looked at her and said "I heard every word you said, and I'm not a [email protected]$, I just want my autistic son's food order to be correct. You would expect the same. Have a nice day!" On the 3rd try of resolving my 2 issues, I finally left the drive-thru still unhappy. Unhappy because I recently moved to this side of town and I'm about 1/2 mile from this restaurant. I REALLY wanted it to be a good McDonald's!! I'm so disappointed. ?

I'm not one for bad reviews but I've been to this McDonald's a few times now where they ask me to pull forward, then proceed to forget about me. This time I backed up to the window and the red head girl answered me by saying "what do you want." It's very frustrating. I understand labor shortages and always give the benefit of the doubt, but being treated so poorly and getting cold food that I payed my hard earned money for just should not go unnoticed.

Usually have no problem with this spot but today I ordered an egg mcmuffin combo, and not only did it cost 7 dollars!, but it took 10 or 15 minutes waiting. There was a something crunchy in the middle of the sandwich too. Couldn't spent that money on gas!

The rudest people I’ve met in a long time. Not all of them but a manager working 2nd shift and you get employee who kept rolling her eyes and these two came to the window snickering and looking at me like they had an issue with me- mind you, I wasn’t rude to either of these ladies- just ordering food for my three little ones- even tried to have a small conversation with the employee at the window and she was just rude. Not to mention, they gave my kids the least amount of drink in their kids cups, ripped the top of there kids meal boxes (not a big deal, but it was careless the way she handled it) - just disappointed in the actions of others -

Service slow...maybe help shortage. Food ok. You can tell the gal at the drive thru loves her job. NOT! BUT WORSE of all...wonder how much money they ate saving by not giving you a straw or a napkin.

Went to pick up some food for myself and some guys at work. Didn't include items ordered or sauce for nuggets. Went back a second time five minutes later to get correct items and even ordered again to pay for the same things twice and still had to ask for sauce only to be met with childish attitude saying "that sucks." And they didn't include either of the two fries I ordered for a second time.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a medium coke. Received a single quarter pounder and a small coke. I asked them about the Coke, and they claimed it was medium. The Coke was also flat. I didn't know the cheeseburger was a single or the coke was flat until I got home. They put the single burger in a double quarter pounder box. I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. They have a dishonest staff that will steal from you.

This is all I have to say.. really u don't have proper change?? Rude people in ur drive thru

Just found plastic, looks like a piece of glove in my food. Just spent a good 40 minutes puking my guts out. Now scared to death wondering if the person wearing this even washed their hands.

The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I live close by so it’s convenient but I go here at least twice a week and I never have a good experience. They always make me pull up when something isn’t ready and wait 10 minutes or they mess up my order and get something wrong. They need better management
