Placed a mobile order here and someone came out to tell us that they were closed and couldn’t fulfill our order. It was hours before their closing time online and I know there’s a worker shortage and they’re probably stressed but they ignored us when we tried to ask for a refund or if that was even possible. They didn’t even have anything posted outside to say that they were closing early or were short staffed.I just wish we didn’t waste so much time trying to fix the problem and we didn’t have the money to go order anything else :(
order chicken nuggets asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce get home no sauce go back to this Mc Donalds they place the blame on me for their mistake always when I am at the drive thru trying to check behind them to see if my order is right, I am told to move but when I go back thru the drive thru with food now cold, they refuse to make it right. You cannot go inside either their dining room is closed due to covid minus 1 star
Visited this location many times over the last year, including last week. ALWAYS have to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru! Sometimes 20-25 minutes. Sometimes the order is right, sometimes it’s someone else’s….
Been going to this McDonald's for a long time. This is the location we prefer over the one near CVS.
Listen... y’all might as well just serve the bun. I tasted NO meat at all on this “burger” the slice of cheese was thicker than the patty. The dices of onion were thicker than the patty. I literally took this thing apart to see if it had any meat in it. I have never seen a patty as thin as a sheet of paper until this day. At least the fries and tea were good.
McDonald has, as of recently, not been known for their high quality food. This location is overall pretty good though. There are two big issues though, that are plaguing many places, and that is having to raise prices. As of recently the prices have increased, which makes sense, but at this point, it isn't even worth it to eat here when you can go to other places and get higher quality food for about the same price. Also, the food is just not great. The chicken nuggets taste like literal cardboard, and I'm not just saying that, I one time got the nuggets and struggled to eat them because they tasted like how a cardboard box smells. It isn't all the time that this is the case, but here recently it is. Finally, the burgers are just extremally mediocre, and almost bad. The customer service at this location, in particular, isn't great. I wouldn't recommend McDonalds to anyone, but if you want a better one, the location in Fountain Inn is much better.
My teen ordered a plain quarter pounder with cheese and did not get it. His burger had mustard ketchup and pickles on it. I was in a hurry and did not have time to go back.
I have always loved mcdonalds fries. I ordered two baskets of fries and the fries I got tonight had obviously been sitting for way too long. They were cold and soggy. I paid over $7 for just a chicken sandwich because I added bacon and cheese. I received an overcooked cold chicken sandwich with no cheese or bacon. The food was pacjaged nicely and the delivery was fast and efficient.
My server was unaware that they had honey when I asked but, overall great food and service
They can never completely fill an order. It’s always missing something. They should drop the attitudes to make more vital space in their brains to remember an order or at least read off the screen what the order says in it’s entirety
