I was on my lunch break from Publix and I've eaten from Marcos pizza so I tried it anyway and I feel in love with it....the ladies at the front where very polite and gave me a reason to come and put in my application and be part of the Marco pizza family.
Overall has really good staff! They all are very friendly and never had any problems with them! There pizza is really good and definitely would recommend!
I asked them what their delivery policy was, and they told me that they delivered within 3 miles of the location. My house is 2.3 miles away and they informed me that they would not deliver to my house. Very frustrating considering I am so close. Either deliver or don’t deliver. It takes 6 1/2 minutes to get to your location. It shouldn’t be that difficult
This is the 4th time ordering carry out on their app. Not once did they get the order right or have it ready when notified it was ready. I order same salad & dressing every time and they just put any dressing they want in the bag. I told the girl 2 times what dressing I wanted & it was on the order. No tomatoes on the salad. Almost no sauce and very little cheese on the pizza. All dough. Don’t give $3 off if you are going to give the customer a terrible pizza. Do not tell me to contact you. I will never be back. I already spoke to the manager who didn’t care.
I love their pizza! It gets busy on Friday nights but they still get the orders ready pretty quick.
I have given this Simpsonville location so many chances to redeem themselves and its a let down everytime. The fact that I order extra meat and pay for it but never get it amazes me. The customer service is horrible and no one ever follows up on the complaints/ concerns. I'm not sure why they ate still in business. This can not be the Marco brand way. This place has a 2 star rating and that's generous because they don't even live up ti that. I have so many complaints that this review would be too long.
Store is clean, staff is friendly. Pizza was made quickly and looks good.
I have ordered from here and never had a problem. I read a lot of the negative reviews too. Today, we got our pizza and it didn’t taste good. Plain and simple. I called to let them know and was immediately told to comeback and they replaced the order. Yes, it’s annoying having to go back but the service was good, the manager was nice and apologized immediately - the second round of pizzas were great. Staffing is an issue everywhere but at least they are willing to make it right for customers. Anyway, problem was solved and I’mHappy. They deserve credit for that.
I almost didn't try this place because of the bad reviews but I am so glad that I did!!! The problem with reviews, most people will take time to complain but not often take time to give a positive review. With this in mind I stopped here and got a large pepperoni pizza and it was AMAZIN. Perfectly cooked and the staff was very friendly when I went to pick up. Carolina was great even though she was having some issues with the register, she didn't let this frustrate her and she just rung me up on the next one without complaint. Will definitely be going here more often. You should try it as well, make your own experience with this place before not giving it a try. I know I'm glad I did. Thanks Marco's!!!!
Decided to order pizza from here for our Christmas Eve dinner, I opted to order online and just go pickup the pizzas I’d ordered. Well the line inside was really long, clearly others had the same idea, one gentleman had been waiting for an hour for his pizza, I sat down and waited to see what happened, the phones were ringing off the hook and the poor girl at the counter was very stressed out, I felt so bad as there were only a couple of other workers there and they were really busy, I think I waited maybe 20 more mins to get my pizzas so not bad, they were really good! I think this is a great change from the regular big pizza places so definitely give them a try!
