Went ordered cheese bread and a regular order of bread sticks. Not only did the food take 40 minutes to get after the person told me it would only take 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 mins walked back inside the young man said they just put my order in it would take 7 more min. . Once we received our order it was hard and nasty. So it's safe to say we will never be going back. They can't say they was short staff cause there was plenty people in the back. Some on their phones and others where joking around. .
They never have any hot and ready available. They close the inside at different times basically whenever they feel like it. Drive thru always backed around the building with orders taking 30mins or more. Oh I wouldn't want to forget to mention the employee who was out back Sunday night doing nothing. When cars approached the drive thru he threw a tantrum like a child because he had to go back and do some actual work. This place hasn't been good in years.
This place is just the worst. I try not to go here, but sometimes you need that Hot and Ready pizza on the way home from work to bring a quick meal to the fam.Here’s my latest experience:I pull up to the window, and ask if they have Pizza and Crazy Bread “hot and ready”. They say Yes. So I pay, they hand my card back, along with a Buzzer. They say it will be 5 minutes and to pull around. I literally JUST asked if it was ready. But ok. I go wait, I can spare a couple of minutes.After 24 minutes of waiting , still no pizza. I go inside with buzzer in hand, and ask how much longer. Turns out my order has been ready and sitting for 15 minutes while I waited for the buzzer to go off, but they never buzzed me. Dude.While the cashier checks the back, I hear laughing. They are chasing and stomping on roaches in the kitchen area. Dude…A guy (manager?) comes around still laughing from getting roach on his shoe, and explains they are actually “really good” about buzzing customers. Maybe they buzzed and I didn’t see it” ….. Dude…“ it must have been one of our new buzzers. Maybe it’s not working. It happens.” Blank stare.My food is cold, they literally have roaches running through the kitchen, Employees still stomping them behind him. No apology, no nothing, just an excuse.I really can’t believe a place like this is able to operate. I just left the food. Never again, dude.
I door dash. The one thing I don't like is that I have to go in to pick up the orders. If you have a drive thru, then I should be able to pick it up that way. Order was ready though. Staff was friendly.April 12, 2022. Came today to pick up door dash order. They were busy. Drive thru was busy, phone was ringing and no one answered it. I was not addressed as soon as walking in the door. And waited a few mins before she came to the counter
Wings was inedible and the pizza gave household food poisoning spent $40 to miss 3 days of work in bed or bathroom sick I'll never eat any lil ceasers again as iv had close to same experience at woodruff sc location
This is your average, what I'd call, "fast food" pizza place. Overall, the pizza itself is fairly good. It's not the best pizza I've ever had, and I've had a lot of pizza, but it definitely isn't bad. Of course, it's much harder to write a review for place like this when you can't eat it in the restaurant. It is a take out only establishment. Even then, when we brought the pizza home and ate it, it was still pretty good, so I'd assume it's even better if eaten fresher. Also, for being a pizza place, even their side items are pretty good. Their cheesy bread, for example, is amazing. Now for the two issues. Number one is that customer service is just ok. Not bad, but I wouldn't give them an award for customer service. Number two is price. Pizza in general is expensive, but last time I went here, it seemed to be even more expensive than it used to be. If you're looking for a somewhat quick bite to eat, I'd recommend it.
This Simpsonville location has really gone down hill with their pizzas. We ordered a slices N sticks and it came out all greasy there was more sauce than there was anything. My two year old grand child could have made a better pizza. We won't be returning.
Online ordering was easy and pick up machine was awesome!!!! They also have a drive thru.
They have a Pizza Portal... which is awesome because it keeps your order hot and its easy to use. After I ordered online, i waited in my car for the email that says its ready. 10 min after expected time I went in to see why it's not ready. It was, and it wasn't in the portal. The pizza had to have been there a while. It was old and cold. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. Hadnt experienced that before, so guess I will double check my food from now on
Ordered online and picked up at drive-thru. The worker at the window was friendly and the food was great!
