1. This location use to greet everyone cheerfully and sincerely. Not anymore2. This location use to play country music and everyone was very happy. Now it’s like they are just drones.3. This location used to take pride in what they were making. Now it’s slapped together like subway. Everything tastes a day old or older.4. They think the gloves are for their protection not for food cleanliness. Touched everything he could then started rubbing his hands literally inside the bread. RUBBING the bread! Weird and disgusting!5. When confronted with issue. No apology. No oh we understand. No we will retrain on that. Just plopped bread on counter and started another after changing gloves.6. Wouldn’t have been so bad had I noticed they did NOT throw out the one he was rubbing! That was saved for the next customer!!!7. Finally, this has been my bone to pick with this company for some time. They use Helmans salad dressing for mayonnaise. Your in the south, the Duke’s plant is one town away. Where the best mayo on the planet is made. You insist on using Helmans. I was getting annoyed just having to keep mayo in my car for when I got sandwiches at this place. Well guess what! I should have realized in the first place. If you don’t care enough about your product to use Duke’s, you probably shouldn’t get our business in the first place!
45 minutes for delivery and told multiple times it was on the way when we were only 1.5 miles from the store. If I had known it would take so long I would have driven there myself. Sandwiches were soggy as if they were made and then sat for a long time before being sent for delivery. Please just be honest if you don’t have time to deliver it.
Have ordered for delivery multiple times from this location, live literally 6 minutes from the location. Called to order and was told no we won’t deliver there, I said you have multiple times before, he said well they shouldn’t have. I said then I guess we will order somewhere else, he said ok cool and hung up. Won’t go back.
The order was 45 minutes late while we were located only 4 minutes away. The bread was soggy and inedible. Our family really loves Jimmy John’s but this was very disappointing.
Online says open until 9 pm. I arrived at 8:45 and they had their door locked and would not open. Change your closing time online if you aren’t going to serve customers.
I never leave reviews online but I literally could have walked to this Jimmy Johns and received my food faster than it was delivered. After waiting over an hour for my food to be delivered, and without any status updates on the tracker, I finally called to see what was going on. The guy on the phone told me it was delivered at my doorstep (as I was looking at my empty doorstep). Guess it got delivered to the wrong address. I was then told they were remaking it and it would be delivered soon. This is when the tracker finally updated. Finally received my food after an hour and 30 minutes. Next time I’ll just walk there.
I ordered via the mobile app 2 times in 2 weeks and had quick delivery to my office, now they no longer service address????? Called and asked, was pretty much told that is the way it goes.
Every time I have come to this location I have received outstanding service! The employees here are fast, respectful and polite! I even had one employee give me the wrong bag of chips and he chased me through the parking lot to make sure I received the right flavor chips! Above and beyond! Thank you!!!

Have been a Jimmy John's customer of the store off of Augusta Road for many years since it is close to work. Was happy to see the Simpsonville location open up just a few miles from my house a few months ago. We enjoy having a quick easy option so close to home.
