Mobile ordered for this location and pulled into drive thru and clicked the “I’m here” in app and was charged for my food. It was only 6:15, waited in line for 10 minutes and no one ever came to speaker even to say hold on. Drove around to window and no one was there, parked and went to doors and they were both locked. Only one white truck in parking lot, no one inside. Didn’t get my food and haven’t gotten a refund. I knocked on drive through window for 5 minutes and nothing. If you’re going to have workers leave in the middle of the shift then maybe a new manager is in order who can keep track of their employees. If you’re closed then your app should reflect that as well.
Worst service ever!! Sat at drive thru for 5 minutes, no one answered after multiple times asking if someone was there, 10:15am on Sunday. Pulled up to window, was one car waiting on order, sat there a couple minutes… parked to go inside, doors locked. Complete waste of time and out of my way just to visit Jack in the Box with my kids. Will never visit this location again!

I placed an order today when both doordash and google said they are open today. When I got there, there was no answer on the intercom. The lights were on, the open sign was on and the doors were locked. Workers were probably out smoking for 420. But I've had bad experiences with this locations before and I will not be coming back. They need to hire workers instead of pot heads that don't do their job. Never received my order.
This place needs to be trained on how to clean fryers and change grease. Everything was gross. Your drive thru woman, Miriam on the receipt, was as nasty as she could be. Won't return.
This was my first time there. Very well mannered and courteous staff. Plus the meal was delicious ?
There were only two people working there tonight so it took a while to make it through the drive thru. But the guys were doing their best and got our order completely correct.
I ordered 40 tacos. They didn't get mad or have an attitude. The man at the drive thru was actually joking with us. Every other jack in the box I've ever been to would say they were out of tacos or have an attitude about it. I have a big family that loves tacos.
Usually never have an issue here but unfortunately tonight around 1:45AM I ordered a burger then finally got around to eating it about 30 mins later. Good thing I had the light on otherwise I would have not seen that my burger was all pink. What a waste of money
I went to the drive thru and no one came on the speaker. I tried talking and still got nothing. There were two cars in the parking lot though. I drove to the window and waited but didn’t see anyone. I drove back around and tried honking my horn and still nothing after 10 minutes I left. Very disappointed.
