Every time we order we get delivery. Most recently we called to order our usual pizza to only find out we didnt meet the minimum amount for delivery. We thought it was strange as we always order the same thing and never been told this. Come to find out they were over charging us for the pizza in the past.

Pizza is pretty ok! It’s not the best but it’s not bad! The crust is a little thin bordering on thin crust pizza. The crust does have the tiniest hint of sweetness. It tastes good, sauce isn’t dripping out and cheese is cheesy! Pepperonis taste good and have a good thickness, not too thin. We will definitely order again! Prices are commiserate with the overall quality and taste of the pizza! The staff were friendly. Seems like the air conditioner is not working too well so if your going to stay and eat keep that in mind! The front steps need to be repaired! The top step had loose boards and the porch area was uneven so be careful going inside! Overall it’s a good, quick, place to stop by if your near!
The pizza is super solid. Sauce is good, cheese is good, and toppings are fresh. My only complaint is the crust. That is what holds it back from being 5*. My family and I have been here multiple times and they are consistent. If you want pizza, Hot Pie is a recommend.

We have been to Hot pi several times now as we live in the neighborhood. It doesnt matter what the order it's always hot and good.The prices are a welcome treat in these times as well.The service is impeccable.The food tastes great and cooked the way you order.Highly recommended !!!

My wife had the Chicken Parm Sub she said it was awesome.I had the Keto Pizza w/pepperoni, also awesome as was the service. Frank's Pizza is the best addition to this end of Fairview Road ever. We'll be back!
