The employee listed on the receipt is Anthony J. I'm not sure if it is the same person or not working, but it was a male that was at the drive-thru just now. He was friendly, quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. I wanted to leave a review to let him know that I appreciate his positive attitude. I've had a lot of negative experiences lately at other restaurants, and my interaction with him just now was great. I work in customer service, and I would be proud to have someone like him on my team. Thank you!
Most of the time this place has good food not so much today. We got a steak biscuit which was hard the steak was cooked to long. Not the best.
My husband and I ordered dinner via the drive-thru. The customer service was excellent. Our order was accurate. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I loved the fries! They were perfectly cooked and well-seasoned.

This Hardee's is the worst in the whole area. Employees are always SUPER rude. Service is slow. Food is hit or miss. I suggest going to a different Hardee's if you can
Been to the one by Greenville Memorial Hospital several times and always something. Last time the lettuce on that burger was ROTTEN - literally brown and smelled had to throw the food out
I didnt really notice any stand out qualities about this location, but that can actually be a really good thing. i will gladly take an OK memory over one that sways me to remember a place negatively so, if u like hardees, go here

Hardee's biscuts are famous around here for being so good they melt in your mouth, mmm. Can't beat breakfast.
Ordered food online. Charged my bank account. Got receipt and text saying ready for pick up. Got to the location and they said they don’t do online orders. So where did my money go? Why did it let me order online? Why did it say my order was ready? Had to pay again to then get food. Wouldn’t even honor the ITEMIZED receipt with date and time. Called customer service so I could get my money back. Nobody answers. Makes you leave a voicemail and they will call you back. Here we are 6 hours later and still have not gotten a call back. Called the number on google for this location. It’s a fax number. Called the next 3 closest Hardee’s just to see how to get my money back and none of the phones work except for 1 that had a busy tone. Hardee’s is a joke. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I will continue to try and get my money back for this is bull.
