Calzones are among the best I’ve ever had! I haven’t been able to eat a whole one in one sitting yet, but that’s not due to lack of trying! Hahaha. Friendly service is a huge plus here.
The pizza was mediocre. Kinda disappointed. You spend that much on a pizza you expect something delicious. It was better this morning after I added to it and put it in the air fryer. That shouldn't be the case. Well. We have to continue on our quest to find okay pizza in Simpsonville. Any suggestions... "Edit". So... What I did is take the soggy non sauces deep dish we got and added to it and put it in the panini press. I shouldn't have to do that but it was delicious after the fact. But still. You shouldnt have to do that with food you pay good money for...
Very dissatisfied with my experience.ordered two pizza’s and a cheese steak sandwich.Very few toppings on a very bland tasting pizza,the cheese steak did not have steak on it,it was chicken.Have eaten here a couple of times before and was very pleased.But this is the last time I will eat here. I paid way too much for such a frozen type pizza experience.Sorry your product has failed miserably.Past visits were very pleasing.
We used to eat at another location all the time. It was our favorite pizza for years. We’ve eaten at this location a few times before and it was always fine. Our last order was absolutely unacceptable. The pizza was dry and greasy. But the wings…what in the world?!? They were so dry and had a weird sweet but super spicy dry rub on them that wasn’t fully cooked in. I have never seen wings so overcooked. And I thought they gave us ranch instead of blue cheese by accident because the blue cheese was so watery and weird. I can’t imagine ever eating here again. $50 for complete garbage. Whatever has happened, please change it all back!
I’m from Long Island NY and pizza was always a staple in our home from Brooklyn to longisland . Since moving here I tried many places and Frankies most definitely comes closest to pizza back home . Glad I live close !
Don't know what happened but I was extremely disappointed with the large pizza I ordered last night, hardly any toppings on it and crust was a little underdone. I really expected more for the $33.08 I spent. First and last time I get a pizza from here.
Pizza was excellent. Service has issues. Delivered the wrong order the first time. Called and explained the problem and was assured by the manager it would be corrected. He was friendly and accommodating. The correct pizza arrived about an hour later and the driver was about as unfriendly as you can get. He was clearly irritated that he had to fix someone else's mistake and had no interest in being apologetic or even nice. So unfortunate that a good pizza restaurant drops the ball at the final contact with their customers.
Terrbile. Quality has really gone down hill, with prices up. Ordered 25 wings on super bowl Sunday ... they came so over cooked they were not edible, like jerkey, shrunk to nothing, what a disappointment! I can't believe someone would even box up something that looked like petrified chicken, and it was almost 50 bucks for 25 wings plus delivery and tip. Also, the blue cheese was gross, very thin and odd perfectly square tiny pieces of "blue cheese" in it which tofu like texture.. Previous order was a bust too about 6 weeks ago...used their online ordering, after 1.5 hours, I called to check status and they had just then started the order because didn't see it. The owner ended up delivering the order and was apologetic, which is only reason for 1 extra star. But he also said not to use the Slice ordering app and to just call... but I see 2 months later and many complaints, they are still using Slice and pushing it...clearly there is a problem here. The pizza is very greasy and sparce toppings.. if going to give them a shot, go for the cheesesteak or dessert, both are good (or used to be) and don't order online, just call.. I can't see us ever giving them another shot, have lost my trust.
I’m from ny, and when the owner told me was too, I didn’t believe him till I had his pizza. Hands down the best of the best. Nobody beats it! I get a pie like 3x a week sometimes. Best pizza outside of nyc! Not even New Jersey compares to this.
I was shocked how good it was. It's better than any I have had in New York. Maybe New York Pizzareas should aspire to be Frankie's Five Forks...
