Every so often I MUST indulge in a Five Guys bacon cheeseburger!Tonight at the Simpsonville location, and I appreciate the worker shortage ‘new normal’, it was literally like a middle school recess. Throwing food behind the counter and nonstop yelling and carrying on. I told the oldest person I could find, perhaps 16ish, that recess was over and it was time to concentrate on the job. He gave me a blank stare, turned around and walked away.The Simpsonville store has always been pretty solid if I remember correctly. Too bad it isn’t anymore.
Always great burgers and the fries are addictive whether you get original or Cajun, you can't go wrong!
Food was good, but overpriced. It should be called Six Guys because they needed an extra person to clean the table and floors. It was gross all over.
I've dined at this location maybe 5 times. I've reviewed quite a few Five Guys. Basically they are always great. One of the best burger you can find. Best fries.Always fast service, accurate, and reasonably fast (after all, fresh food takes a little time).Consistently high quality.Only negative: stale peanuts. Keep them fresh or get rid of them. Free stale peanuts are worse than no peanuts.
Yesterday on March the 10th it I was so disappointed with the service I received at 5 guys in Simpsonville. There was a lot of yelling all of the employees playing around and running to the back leaving the grill unattended.. Several of the employees have the cell phone out recording. So I gave it a minute or 2 just to see if they would stop playing come to the front attend the grill And service The people in the restaurant and the burgers on the grill .. So after the horse play went on for sseveral minutes I yelled and asked what are you guys doing They didn't hear me so I asked the girl at the cash register where's the supervisor she said i will get her.She was one of the people in the back playing!! Needless to say I was very upset and unsatisfied disappointment and hungry asked for my money back and I told them stop playing and to their job. It was the worst experience ever.
Amazing fries, the milkshake was divine and burger great! Really diverse drink selection aswell ✨
Place is being run by kids and it looks like a bomb went off. Tables are trashed and the floor looks this all over. Tea is out and it's just 7:30. Add the price increases and I'm scratching my head why I'm paying 11 bucks for a bacon cheeseburger. Last time I'll spend money here
Was short 1 hambuger.Wife called to let them know ,we used doordash. Manager made it sound like there supposed to check whats in bag.No there not ,that's why it's sealed.But he also said it was sitting there it wasn't put in bag.
Purchased 2 burgers and fries. One was completely wrong and missing all of the condiments/dressing. Called and they offered that they would make it right the next day only (even though there’s an ice storm on the way) and basically said if I didn’t get it that day, I’m out of luck because we paid cash. It was super rude. I will never waste money here or any Five Guys again.
