I love Firehouse subs and only once or twice have had anything less than great experiences with their staff. Only reason I can't rate it a full 5 is the prices which can be up to $12 - $16 for a full sized sub but the quality is great. I also like that you can buy their 5 gallon pickle buckets for a couple bucks to take home. Kind of a cool idea of making a little bit to support firefighters.
Friendly staff. Did fairly well getting thru the dinner rush with some waiting.Screwed up my order, though, on something that i actually paid extra for, & they left it off.Food quality excellent!So grateful that they offer gluten free options.
The partial order I received was good and the manger was kind when I spoke with her but this store has online ordering issues.This is the second time something has been left out of my online order. Ironically enough they have a sign that says all items are in the bag.The missing items are really no big deal, however to receive a refund I'd have to drive back to the store so they could put it back on the card. This seems like a pretty antiquated way of refunding someone when the original online order was placed without the physical card in the first place.
This place is really good. They have plenty of choices for sandwiches and toppings. Customer service here is always pretty nice, and the prices are about what can be expected from the average sub shop. They also have vegan options which is cool. My family and I generally do take out, and it is very simple. I would definitely recommend this place.
I got the foot long Tuna, my friend got the turkey bacon club. Excellent!

I ordered a steak sub with no mayo as I am allergic it was delivered by door dash they were very good however there was mayo all over the sub I called firehouse subs and I was told to order DoorDash and have them start a new order. Door dash did not make my sub firehouse did they should have replaced it or at the very least refunded my money.
This was my first visit to any Firehouse Subs and I was pleasantly surprised. My sub was fantastic! The store was well staffed and the employees were very friendly. I will be back!
Paid extra for chips they didn't put in the bag and the salad wasn't right. Usually have a pleasant experience here but not today.
