They are seriously awesome! I ordered regularly and they have always gotten my order perfect every time. And delivery is always super fast - a total life saver for busy nights when I don't have time to cook!
Been waiting an hour and 1/2 now. Didn’t start on it for an hour. Then it looked over cooked on top, yet soggy in the middle. This is the last time for me. Nothing on the driver, 2 stars are only because it actually did arrive.
Pizza was so soggy one would have thought it had been dipped in water. No assistance from local establishment or corporate. AVOID THIS PLACE!
I don't usually write reviews but this dominos has messed my order up too many times. I always do carside delivery. The 2 minute timer runs out and 5 minutes later I don't have my food. I go inside the store and the lady in front of me hasn't received her "lava cake." I get to the counter and ask for my order and they tell me my lava cake isn't ready. The lava cake that you took from my order and gave to the other lady? No that was her lava cake. Sure buddy. What a coincidence. Honestly goes a long way, I'm done with this dominos location. Consistently terrible service. As I'm writing this review I'm still in the parking lot and I still haven't received my pizza.
Placed an order online. When I arrived at the store the doer was locked with a number to call for service. Nobody answered the number so I stood outside for 10 minutes in 28 degree weather while the employees stood around and talked to each other. By the time someone came out and finally gave me my food it was cold. Complete waste of money.
This is the second time in two weeks that we have ordered from the Woodruff road, Simpsonville location of Domino’s pizza. Neither pizza was delivered to our home, but the driver noted the pizza delivered. Both times we were able to “track” our order, as you can track most orders. I am not sure if: a) the pizza is delivered to the wrong house, or the drivers are keeping them, as these are late night orders. We have spoken to the manager both times. He credited our account. But, get some decent driver/delivery people. We will drive access town before trusting this particular Dominos again. Bad Management is the bottom line here.
The sauce was missing for our bread and I had paid extra for it. The cashier seemed very rushed to give me my food and forgot our drink too. It wasn't busy I just think he was not wanting to help me.
Never had an issue with customer service, but they stopped doing breadbowls for the pasta.
Horrible experience with the "Bryan", the manager at Five Forks Store - 2701 Woodruff Rd. We have generally received good service from this store and all employees are extremely professional (great!) UNTIL we dealt with this one, and everything changed. The funny part is that small mistakes do happen all the time and are easily fixable (we are all human), but it's what you AFTER that, that matters the most. Will we order Dominos pizza in the future, of course we will. Just some bad apples need to be trained. Good Luck Dominos.
