I’ve seen that this location has several bad reviews but I can’t understand why bc I’ve always had a great experience and great food from this location! Everyone that works the window has been super friendly. One of the younger guys was so apologetic one night for not being allowed to to take my order at the window when I was trying to add on then I only had a $50 bill and he wasn’t allowed to take that either and I could tell he was genuinely sorry and would have done anything not to have to tell me he couldn’t do something else for me. When I returned from getting gas so I could get change which I needed to do anyways he was still apologizing and I tipped him $10 first and he was so appreciative and thanked me over and over. He was thanking me and telling me he hoped I had a great night and that he was extremely sorry about the inconvenience he had caused me and I handed him a $20 to go w what I had already gave him and told him to keep being such a kind person and continue caring about others bc the world needed more people like him and he looked as if he was going to tear up and thanked me again! I don’t know how others say they receive bad service from here bc I’ve always been greeted w a smile and been taken the best care of by all these sweet employees. Always take care of the ones serving you bc they have probably been working 80 plus hours with very few days off since the beginning of covid bc no wants to work anymore.
Food is always hot and well made. Great experience with deliveries.
Ordered a pasta bread bowl and got the regular bowl instead, then ordered cinnamon twist had no cinnamon on we just got bread twice. Other than that the food was good, had great service.
Ordered on the app for future pickup at 6. Got there and sat at the window for 15 minutes before anyone came to talk to me. They said they made the order incorrectly and it would be another 10 minutes to make it. Final got my pizza at 6:30. Also, the cashier just played the blame game instead of showing any empathy. Terrible service, inconsiderate, will not return and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Does dominos pay employees with the extra toppings at the end of the night?? Don’t pay for the extra toppings, You’ll never get them. And stop hiring people that are scared of mushrooms
Ordered in the app. Tracker is accurate and pizza was ready when it said it would be. Order was accurate as well. Pizza was good!
Food was cooked and delivered in a timely manner but I don’t think anyone up there actually knows how to read the order. Last three times we ordered the food was wrong. Won’t happen again.
Over an hour after the online order tracker says its ready, we show up & still not ready. Lady says the order tracker does not know if they are busy. Sitting there on site for 36 mins at the store…. Still nothing. I get a coupon for a free pizza?? Wth is the ones we ordered????
Just awful. There is not enough land on the planet Earth, to grow enough Marijuana, to make me high enough, to think that this was good. You're overpriced and your $5 delivery charge is insane. The driver doesn't get that, why do you charge it?
Absolutely the worst. Don't waste your time ordering from this Domino's. They consistently deliver late and if they do its not correct. This last order we waited nearly an hour and a half for delivery only for the driver to turn around in my driveway and leave. They did not come to the door. I called and the store said there was an issue with the pizza and they would remake it. This I'm sure would push it out to three hours after my initial order. I canceled my order and went with a local spot, ready in 15min. Save time and frustration by ordering elsewhere. There are obviously staffing/training and management issues at this location.
