5 star cause the food was great and our waiter was pleasant, didn’t catch her name.
Server rushed us to order as soon as we sat down. Took our order and we didn’t see her again for awhile. Once she came back we tried to order a drink from the bar and she said bar is now closed at 920 the restaurant closes at 11pm. The other staff was very helpful but unfortunately our server was not the best she didn’t even give us our bill we spoke to her twice. The restaurant is a good one the bar tender our server was not great I’d like to note it was not busy she just wanted to leave and it showed.
I frequent Chili's a lot, but this is my first to this locat. The service was excellent as well as the fòod. I will be coming back.
The food was great but the service was not had to wait 25 min. To be seated and another 15 to have our order for our drinks then was immediately ask what we wanted to eat not having time to look at the menu... Didn't get our appetizer until after we received our food so I said we didn't need it then and was still charged for it even though it was supposed to be included as they said just won't return to the location we went to.
Food was hot, fresh, and tasted fantastic. Service on the other hand is somewhat of a gamble. There has been a wait every time I've gone anywhere from 10-30+ minutes, and the servers seem to be stretched a bit too thin across too many tables. There are times when there is good service, but it seems to be hit or miss overall. While I understand being short staffed, it can still be frustrating to spend 3+ hours at a restaurant due to simply waiting to be seated and served everything.
First off we opened the pack of silverware and it was dirty. I don't think it had been washed. I could see it happening to 1 set but we each had 2 dirty sets. Wife's mashed potatoes looked old and some of it looked bad. They did bring her fresh ones but left the old stuff on her plate. Food was mediocre at best.Waiter did what he could to make it right and was attentive.
10 min. To get drinks. Appetizers came straight out which was good. Food took an hour to recieve. Said they were understaffed which is understandable, right now everyone is but had 3 ladies at the hostess stand just talking and doing each other's hair. Someone could of helped out.they only had maybe 10 tables tops open. Y would you need to pay 3 hostess?
Three coworkers and I went for lunch, we work so we have 1 hour for lunch. It took us 2 hours to get in and out. Took forever to get served, then 35 min to get a salad, 2 sandwiches and some wings out. My sandwich was not good and the rest of the group felt the same.
Worst , not enough servers. Only 2 for Sunday lunch, ordered food, then waitress comes back and says they don’t have what we wanted. Talked to the manager and she just kind of laughed it off. I won’t be back.
This place is awesome. It's my NEW favorite spot. The waiter were very nice. AND the food was awesome. The manager came out and talked to me. He asked how was the service and food. You don't find this at many restaurants. I will be a weekly customer. Please give them a try.
