This Chick-fil-A has a three lane drive through that is very busy. To get into the restaurant, you have to walk across those three lanes, not ideal. Once you get in the ordering is efficient, but the dining room has shrunk for more takeout room. Experience is just OK and felt crowded and less friendly than other locations.
We eat here often. Probably once weekly, having said that you're going to question why we keep going back.....over the last 3 months they have gotten our order correct 3 times. We order salads with a different packet topping than what comes with it..... they just can't get that correct... but what's more interesting is when you sit in there waiting and you see how many people come back with screwed up orders
The food is either really good or bad. Most of the time the fries are soggy and something is missing from your sandwich like cheese. They never have enough delivery times available. This Chick fil a use to be really good but it's going down hill fast.
Fries are soggy and undercooked. Called the manager and given the excuse of they are all dumped in at once and on a timer. They won’t double dip for well done due to high volume. Then while at the drive thru window, we watched a car take a bag of food then give it back to worker saying it’s not their food. The worker took it to the window and said food needed to be rebagged before going to the correct car. Then they proceeded to give that food to another car, after someone else had touched it. So DHEC needs to be informed. I called the manager of store and he didn’t seem to care about either complaint or try to make the order correct.
Unbelievably bad experience tonight. Placed a mobile order for curbside pick up. Parked and waited 20 min for my order, finally went through drive thru... HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered 2 bowls of soup, salad and fry.... after waiting forever on a slow night, they were able to get me new warm fries since my order had been sitting for so long but put cheese on the salad so I had to wait even longer. They had me park in a spot to fix the salad only to leave out the side of tortilla strip packets. The guy at the window said he'd throw in some cookies for the trouble. Yet a different guy that brought out the salad said no cookies because its against their policy.... my kids were looking forward to a cookie after waiting that long. super disappointed in CFA on how this was handled. RIDICULOUS....
This was by far my worst Chick-fil-A experience. The line took 25 minutes to get the food. Most of that was waiting after we ordered. Then we got half of the fries we ordered. And after waiting 25 minutes to get food we asked for them to finish filling up the fries. To which the two workers were extremely rude about. Talk to a manager and then still took five minutes to get us food. This was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had! And to think it was at a place that values customer service. As a former Chick-fil-A employee. I know this is not the expectation. We were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them to do their job.
I'm whelmed by the generosity, kindness of this Chick-fil-a. I'm deeply bereaved, heartbroken,grief-stricken, and mourning over the death of my very beloved wife Tuesday night, February 22, 2022. Thank you, Chick-fil-a team members for the lovely card that was signed and presented to me while I dinned at the restaurant
It's Chick-fil-a, so of course it's going to get a high rating. The food is always good, and the customer service is the best in the fast food industry, in my opinion anyways. The reason for the four stars, though, is the price. Given, they do have a lot of overhead. High wages, I'm sure food prices are high right now, vehicle upkeep with their delivery vehicles and food truck, and also the prime real-estate they are using. The issue I have is that I could go to, let's say, Zaxby's and receive more of the same quality food for a lower price. ~Two dollars cheaper. It is not a huge deal though, give the food is good, and the amazing customer service.
I work for a company in Gray Court, SC. I placed a catering order for Chick Fil A on Thursday 2/10 to be delivered on 2/14 at 11:45am. On yesterday, I waited for our order to arrive at 11:45am (noted the previous week, we ordered from them as well and the order arrived at the promised time, my company orders from them frequently.) At 11:55am the order had not arrived so I called the store 3 times to get a busy signal. I then called again and got someone on the phone. I am unsure if it was a manager or not. However, I explained to them we ordered a catering order, and it had not arrived at the promised time. They stated that she may be in "traffic:". From Simpsonville to Gray Court is only 15 mins trip. Noting if my order was supposed to be here at 11:45, that means the order should've been out the door by 11:20 or 11:25am give or take. Well I waited for my order, and when it arrived it was 12:35pm. 45 mins PASSED the promised time. I could tell they did not have the order ready when I called, the cookies were not in the boxes as they normally do and they were still warm. On the receipt that was provided to me, the time stamp had 11:59 am meaning that's the time they actually printed out the receipt and left the store. They forgot about our order and if I did not call, no telling how much longer we would've had to wait. There was no excuse for the order to be late. This has happened one time before, but we did not make a big deal over it. Second time is not good for business.
sandwich was delicious. but their fries suck. the first batch was semi old and soggy. so i went back around to get another they were hot but still soggy. i dont think they cook them long enough
