Average Bojangles. Customer service here is kind of lacking, as it is at pretty much every fast food restaurant around, and there's really no excuse, because I don't make that much where I work, and neither does anyone else, but almost all of our employees are great with customer service. Any who, the food is usually pretty good, and their chicken sandwiches are actually really good. I would definitely recommend the chicken sandwich if you go here.
Came in to order breakfast. Waited 10 minutes and had to leave since I had to be at work. If you plan to eat here. Please allow extra time and hope you have more than a 30 minute lunch break. It takes at least 15 to get your order put in. Hopefully you have someone quick. They move at a snail’s pace. Had people standing around not getting orders expedited and to the customer. Only people working were the ones cooking. I understand being short staffed but after working for chick fil a, this on of the slowest places I have seen.
I came and placed a very simple order and was told to pull up and wait which was no problem until I waited for over 30 minutes and called over 10 times and got zero response while well over 15-20 people were served. I then proceeded to go inside and nobody knew what I ordered and everyone was extremely disrespectful/unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this Bojangles for breakfast if you have work or school that morning.
Good in the morning, a little slow in the afternoon. Maybe it's been awhile for me getting supremes but they seemed a little small.
The drive through took 30 minutes and when we got our food some things were cold and some things were hot. Not a great experience
The food is good but they always forget something. We just left and they didn't give us our whole order.Now I have to turn around and go back through the drive through line. Ahhhh... Check your order before you leave the window
I had never eaten at a Bojangles before and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was moist and tasty. The sides were also very good. The biscuits are fresh and buttery and overall reasonably priced.
The food is always cooked well. It's served to ready and hot. The servers there are no r and respectful. They have decent prices, so you won't have to worry about hurting your budget.
Parking lot was clean. Drive-thru service was quick and polite. Order was correct, fresh, and handed out with a smile.
Ordered 3 biscuits and as usual, they were hard enough to break a window with!! Here lately the chicken is scrawny, and late evening, they will give you old stuff and chicken that is scrawny and dry. Disappointed!!!
