They don’t wear gloves and they got maggots
This is an experience that will never be forgotten. Orders the 8 piece tailgate meal. Mac n cheese and pintos.. drive home all the way to fountain inn. Gets home makes my daughter plate as prepare my sons plate I notice a while blob on back of his thigh piece of chicken.. I pick it and it's a melted piece of plastic of some sort. Idk if it was a nametag or ink pen or what but there it was. I call back and as expected they are willing to fix the issue on the exception that I can get there by 9 p.m... I hurry my son and daughter up and we take off.. My daughter and son opts to have Mexican which is beside bojongles so walked next door to the bojongles i had just left and it was 8:45 when I get there . I had to walk to the drive through window just to be told they don't have the chicken ready and they are closed and I would have to bring the whole meal back.. ladies and gentlemen.. It might not be all bojongles but this particular one is not ideal to eart at.. whatever it was it melted in the grease and was on others chicken as well. Good thing me and mines didn't consume it but we did waste money which is worse at times
I pulled up at 6:55 this morning (didn’t realize they don’t open until 7) so after no one took our order I drove up to the window and looked inside and the lady held up 7 fingers as to say “we open at 7” so I drove back around and waited at the speaker. My daughter had her mind set on bojangles or I would have left. About 4 min later someone took the order and I pulled up to pay. Another lady stares me down while she unlocks the window. She takes my card, then says “why you gonna drive up here and sit on the speaker so it beep beep beep in my ear?!” …. I said what??? And she got louder, and repeated herself. I replied “how am I supposed to know that it was beeping in your ear??” And she goes on and on about it and how I’m wasting her time. I told her to give me my card back. She did and I drove away. I mean she scolded me like a dog. I expect very little out of fast food employees. My bar is reallly low. It’s hard to make me mad. I’ve never been spoken to that way for something I had no idea was “wrong”. You couldn’t pay me to return to this location. Why do people get a job in customer service when they have no personality, and don’t like people?!
This spot has gone downhill. There was a long wait to order, which it happens, but on top of that the employee at the window wasn’t friendly and there was no plasticware to eat with and the tiny amount of fries were thrown in a bag with the fry bag next to it and a small piece of chicken.
Unlike a lot of drive thru workers. This lady was perfectly pleasant. They were busy but fast. Steak biscuits were great.
I went one morning about a week ago and there were only 2 employees working including the manager/supervisor and they really worked hard to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. I appreciate their diligence and commitment
This store is so slow it is insane. No explanation as to why they are drive-thru only yet you can be the only car in line and wait 10-15 min for a small order.
No one in line order a 8 pice chicken meal girl told us to pull around the building waited 20 minutes to get meal bad services had to call to remind them we were here not coming back
The manager is super nice but the workers are a lil slow....but they are very nice.....the reason for 4 stars is the manager....the biggest problem is the super slow drive thru which is the only option. One car at a time even though there are cars around the building. Then im lucky if they get the order right. The mornings are better if u go early but wont go at lunch or dinner. I only go on very off hours if i do go there.
I have some of the best biscuits in town!
