Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. They were accommodating and made the pizza exactly how I asked for it. The pizza here is excellent New York style pizza and is a local favorite of mine.
Since moving here, around 8 months ago, I have discovered Bertolo's Pizza. The ingredients make for outstanding pizza. I buy it by the slice, and I've never been disappointed. I also ate their meatball sub...also excellent! The wait time is usually very short. I highly recommend Bertolo's Pizza!!
I love that they serve pizza by the slice. Super friendly atmosphere. Pizza tastes great... crust is really good and crunchy, sauce is flavorful and they always add the right amount of toppings.
Service was fast and good. Buffalo chicken pizza was tasty, I could've liked a little more buffalo sauce but that's just a personal preference.
I enjoy this place, it's like Cheers, you walk in and everyone knows your name, lol, Pizza People At Its Best.
I will never eat here again and you shouldn’t either!!! I went in today for just a Slice of Pepperoni Pizza !!!! The cashier proceeded to fix my slice of pizza by taking my money then touching my slice of pizza with no gloves and place my pepperoni on to the pizza without Any gloves *after you just touch the register and money* I was disgusted and lost my appetite!!!! Soon after I called the manger and express to her how unsanitary it was and she just simply act like she did not understand the problem and just told me “ they just do it that way” like what ??? Are you serious ,disgusted and I don’t wanna eat from a establishment with workers who don’t know or care about being sanitary when handling someone’s food!!!!!! And who knows how long the pizza had been out because it’s didn’t look pleasing either but I did not know they just place pepperoni onto a slice of cheese pizza !!! Eat here at your own RISK!!!!
No Disrespect to the Owner!! I was not pleased nor satisfied. Today was the first time trying your pizza after how heard rumors saying its GREAT. Lucky me it was a horrible experience. I was served old dried out cheese pizza pizza with added mushrooms, which the pizza was too blend and no taste. I was very disappointed no one cared to excite a new customer at there best.I will not be coming back to this establishment.
Bertolo’s has become our family favorite. The kids have dubbed it the “pizza place.” Anytime we come in we’re always greeted with hellos and smiling faces and our order is taken right away. The food is beyond amazing and will leave you coming back every single time. If they had shirts or hats we would buy one in every color. They truly are the meaning of a Familt Establishment.
Got a couple of slices. They were very good. Places was very dead though.
Call the place twice and phone was busy. They answer the third time just to put me on hold. I waited 9.5 minutes and finally just hung up. Not good customer service when I can hear you talking while on hold.
