Went there tonight to get ice creme. The drive thru cashier Pooja was very nasty. She charged me for 2 single scoops which were actually 2 kids scoops. When I told her she proceeded to catch an attitude and shut the window on me. I will be contacting corporate about this.
I use the drive tru every time I visit and they always get my ice cream quickly. I love it here. There aren't many BR's left around here, please stay open.
I ordered the premium Brownie Sundae. What I received was more whip topping than ice cream and brownie. Not worth the $6.47 that I paid. And they charge more for taxes than any other location to eat in the area. Not worth stopping.
These guys have the best ice-cream in the town. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.
Baskin Robbins in Simpsonville just made us an awesome soccer cake to share with about 30 friends! Since they haven't been getting shipments of their theme cakes in and didn’t have a soccer kit, they got all creative and went to the effort to make me a soccer cake anyway. It looks amazing and I KNOW it will taste fabulous. Thank you to our Simpsonville BR!

Placed an order for my daughter’s birthday cake because she wanted an ice cream cake. When we went to pick it up they’d forgotten to make it. They showed me that they had the order form but forgot about it. Last time I’m going to them. I have to now tell my daughter she doesn’t have the cake she picked out
