I pride myself on being a patient person, but this customer service was horrible. The drive thru wait was long, and when I reached the window, I understood why- there was a new young lady training. Fair enough, we’ve all been there. I give her my debit card to pay for my amount. It seemingly takes longer than usual, but she returns my card back. I believe it was a manager came over to her and asked did a receipt come, her repo se was “no”. He then proceeds to tell her that if there was no receipt, my meal wasn’t paid for. She then asks to run my card again, and I immediately check my account online. She has indeed charged me twice. The manager proceeds to walk off again until I yell through the window that I was double charged. The only answer he could give me was that the payment will be reversed after midnight. No apology for my lost money, no apology to the new girl that he clearly lied to. That double-charge could’ve been all I could afford. That double-charge could’ve set off a chain reaction of overdraft fees. I don’t blame the new girl, I blame management. Stop being lazy and train staff the right way. Especially if they are dealing with customer’s money. Customer service died when Covid checked in, apparently.
A hot mess 100% of the time. Terrible attitude from the employees. Waiting forever on food. Don’t waste your time.
I got the teriyaki wings, the box wasn’t closed properly so when I went to take the box out of the bag it opened everywhere. Got on my new phone, my leather seats, in between my seat and console so I can’t get to that unless I take the seats out, all in the cup holders.I went in to clean up and brought it to someone’s attention and he didn’t care. So I waited 30 minutes in line to get my seats messed up? Another time I had asked for the regular zaxbys sandwich and got spicy when I said it THREE times
There is nothing on this planet quite like lukewarm/cold french fries. Ask me how i knowThey forgot the Zax Sauce! And the coleslaw!? The unfortunate few of us who like coleslaw are devastated when we are deprived of it. Zaxbys is one of my favorite quick bites but it seems this location just needs to work on themselves for awhile.
Me and my family like to eat at Zaxby's we go there on occasion I normally don't complain but this is what I didn't understand is my family's food was hot and I ordered wings and things but mine was cold the fries were not fresh at all my chicken tenders we're not very hot my chicken wings were hot though. I used to be a restaurant manager you really have to watch your help because they can't serve a customer what's been left under the heat lamp and mix it with something that is fresh I was very disappointed.
Web site needs to be updated. The web site says they close at 7:00. Called to verify and found out they are open until 9:00. Placed order online and pick up directions said either drive thru or order counter for pickup. Got to the store and there was a long line in drive thru. It was the pickup time we had been designated the food was to be ready so decided to pick up inside. Sign on door said mask required for entry. The side door was locked. Headed toward the front door and saw a small sign that said only drive thru was available. By the time we got our food it was 30 minutes past the designated pickup time and the food was cold. Someone needs to update the website!
Spent 40 minutes in line. Paid while in line, so unable to simply get out of line and leave. Husband needed to use the toilet urgently. Was told he couldn't go inside for a bathroom emergency. No sign on door saying the dining room was closed. In fact, it says that masks are recommended for customers. Husband had a mask and was willing to come back immediately after using the toilet. Was a miserable 40 minutes for him.
Mmm tiny little chicken fingers and burnt fries… Just go to bojangles.It took 48 minutes in the drive thru for that… just realized they didn’t give me sauce either.
I asked for a 20 piece family meal and she only rang me up for the 20 tenders and that's what I was charged for. When I got my food I asked about my fries and toast since it wasn't in the bag. She rang the side items up separately and charged me for them. When I looked at my 2 receipts I realized I ended up paying more money for the food than the 20 piece meal deal costs. Very shady to do people like that.
This is probably the worst order I've received over many chances with this location. Sauce on nibblers when we specifically asked for none, incorrect sauces in two different wing orders when we asked for different, boneless wings when we wanted wings with bones, and three drinks that were all Cokes when we wanted two Diet Cokes and a Dr Pepper. After working in fast food before this is pathetic. You should be hiring competent people that know how to do their jobs.
