I went through the drive thru and they were very rude when I had questions on my total price. It didn’t price didn’t match the menu price at all. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. Blanca was her name. I complained to corporate and asked for a call but all I got was an automated email. This chain clearly does not make customer service a priority so I will not be back.

This was my first real Zaxby's experience! We got take out and the 3 of us each got a different meal...I think they have the best Fried Chicken Salad I have ever gotten in take out from any of the fast food restaurants! The chicken was freshly cooked and the flavor was absolutely perfect. The original fried chicken sandwich with Zaxby's sauce was also very tasty. The 3rd meal was chicken wings and tenders,..they were also hot and tasty. The size of their take out drinks are huge...it seemed to be almost a liter. I will definitely be visiting Zaxby's again.Next time you're at a loss as to what's for dinner...give Zaxby's a try...you won't be sorry!!! $-$$
My break is only 30 minutes, I ordered a salad online 30 minutes before my break. Picked up at the time i set it to be ready for and still had to wait 20 minutes before salad was ready. I didn’t even get to eat the food on my break because it was over.
Quick service and friendly and professional staff made this a great dining experience. The Zalads were really great. Restaurant was really clean, especially the restrooms.

I generally do not like chicken, but I like Zaxby's chicken. The food served to me is hot and tastes good. The price is decent and I've always been served quickly. The restaurant is fairly clean.

Food came out fast just not made right sandwich not cut all the way through so when you pick one side up the other side falls apart tost was not tost was butter bread
