I ordered the classic combo with cheese got home had chicken very disappointed.

Placed an online order the other night hours before they close. When I arrived around 8:40pm the person working said they were there alone and had to close. My order was already paid for and placed ahead of time. They also told me they canceled my order but the money was already taken from my account. After calling customer service for Wendys they informed me she marked the order as completed and the refund process would take up to 10 days. Rock hill food in general has really went to the gutters, fast food and restaurant staff all over generally don't care about the customer or product at all anymore.

This location has been understaffed for several weeks now. I've tried going there twice in the last two weeks. The first time I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. There were only two workers and they were working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. The second time I left after 10 minutes as the line hadn't moved. Both times the door was locked as they couldn't do drive thru and dining room with so few workers.

I was at the Cherry Road Wendy's Friday 4/01 and after waiting in the drive thru for a very long time, when I got my food, I was very disappointed. I ordered the $5 bag and the only thing that was good was the drink!! I ordered the burger with no Pickles or ketchup and both were on the burger. The burger, fries and chicken nuggets were barely warm, almost room temperature. I would have thought that as long as we waited in the drive thru, all the food would have been fairly fresh, but not the case here!! I probably will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. Chick-fil-a will have my future business. You may wait a long time, but at least the food will be hot.

Disgusting!!! I ordered the 10 piece nuggets combo and a child’s 4 piece meal The food was slightly warm and loaded with salt. I feel my food should have been hot judging by the line wrapped around the building I refuse to wait in line again for a refund. And it’s my fault that I didn’t check the contents before leaving the window. Definitely will not return

Taking 1 car at a time the drive thru. We ordered with the app and it still wasn't ready when we got to the window. We sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone said anything and that was in response to us saying something. The person was extremely rude and told us we had to wait. We counted 6 people working and all moving like they didn't have a care in the world. Terrible, terrible service and we definitely won't be back. If I'm going to sit for 30 minutes in a drive thru it's going to be at Chick fil A where they appreciate the business.

Not very pleasant at either of the 2Wendys I visited . Sat in drive thru at Wendy's located on Dave Lyle for 12 minutes w only 2 other vehicles and nobody was moving, went to Wendy's on Cherry Road and waited in line for 27 minutes for a cold kids meal and burger w fries. I know people are short staffed, but that excuse is getting old, hire more people at a better wage and management should do better w scheduling.

The Wendy's here is so much better than gaston county. The employees will actually talk to you like a person and the food is good.

Food was terrible. Nuggets were hard as a rock. I get its a pandemic but the food was some of the worst I've had.

Hot and fresh , the Drive-Thru is always backed up but seems to be decently fast wrap around the building the other day took me 30 minutes I don't think that's too bad but the food was hot and the fries were banging...
