This place either needs a new system or new employees. I have been turned away from this location at least three times in the last few months and I don’t even live in rock hill. I’ve actually gotten to order MAYBE once in the last 5 attempts. This is outrageous. IF you can get an order in, the food is usually fine but that’s a big IF.

I used to have a 5 star review for this store,for around a couple years because the people were so lovely and the food was always fresh.But I don't know if it's new management or what but the store has since gone downhill.The drive thru is at least a 20 minute wait.Despite being open till 1-2am, you won't get an answer if you pull up after 12am.Don't order from the app and try to pick it up here. They keep the dining room locked so you can't go in and collect your mobile order. You will be forced to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and at that point what's the point of ordering ahead?When you finally do get to the speaker, you will wait around 3 minutes before they acknowledge you to take your order.All in all, I suggest going to the taco bell or mcdonalds across the street.

Literally just leaving this location. We watched them serve a customer and then LIE like they were closed when they clearly close at 3am. Instead of coming to the speaker to say that she just did a cut throat signal from the window and fanned us off. I will be calling to report in the morning bc this makes no sense. There are people out here that actually want to work so maybe they should find those people. Their store manager will definitely know why there was no sales for their last 2 hours in the morning. Some people just really don't need to work in certain types of jobs. Attitude was really rude and I do NOT appreciate it nor will I ever visit this particular location again.! Smh

Pulled in lights were on and saw an employee running trash out set in drive thru for also 40 mins because I thought they were just being slow. I pulled off to find not a soul in the store and all the lights off. The store is closed well before the posted closed time. They could of least had put a sign on the drive thru saying closed. I don't even blame the employees as much as these companies pay it isn't incentive enough to work long stressful hours

I frequent the Wendys on Highway 901 in Rock Hill just about everyday because I love their salads which have helped me curb my weight in my advancing years. I patiently waited in line over the last 2 years with the employee shortage due to covid. Just when the wait time and quality have improved, Wendys corporation can't even provide this store with a functioning credit card machine. So now I'm forced to go somewhere else who can accept credit cards. I hope the they fix this issue soon before they lose more business.

Bad Customer Service employees did not even greet me whenever I got to the window. Just hand it the food out. I gave her the money. Some light skin girl with the braids need to be more customer service friendly. If it wasn't for us coming to the location she wouldn't have a job. Worst experience ever! I would rate this location is zero

Slowest Wendy's drive thru in Rock Hill. What the heck are they doing in there. This is supposed to be fast food. The only thing fast around here is that turtle over there, he/she has already passed me twice. Employees are probably on their phones... which would not surprise me at all. See that at a lot of drive thru restaurant's. They want more money but still don't want to work. 45 minutes in drive thru.

Most of the time the food is good, however, they have the SLOWEST drive thru ever! I wish they lived up to their promise about the fries. If something is wrong with your order, no way are you going to want to wait in that line again to get it corrected. Having the dinning room still closed sucks. ?‍♀️

If I could give zero stars, I would. Wendy's all together has really gone down hill. I ordered online thru the mobile app for a carryout pick up order. When I got there the inside dining was closed(app did not say that) so I had to wait 25 mins in the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker I advised I was here for a mobile order. When I got to the window a short gothic looking girl gave me a total I advised I'm here for the mobile order. She gave me my food and I said my drinks, she gave me my drinks. I pulled forward to check my order and it was cold, fries cold, everything cold like it had been made and sitting for 25 mins and my kids juice was not inside her kids meal. I called the store and a girl answered then gave the phone to another girl whom I assumed was the manager. She advised me that when mobile orders come thru they go ahead and make them and that she could only remake my fries not my whole order and to get my good I had to rewait another 20 to 25 mins in the line. I was like I haven't touched it, there is nothing else you can do, no there isn't. I said this is unacceptable and advised I would be contacting corporate and hung up. I got in the line and waited. Called my husband and explained everything to him. He then called the store and spoke to the actual manager who did apologize and said if the workers would have made her aware of the situation she would have gladly remade the whole order. As my husband was on the phone with the manager I finally got to the window and handed my order back and advised that I would be contacting corporate first thing Monday. The manager did refund our money which I appreciate and I'm not mad at her. I'm mad at the staff for not handling the situation correctly to begin with.

Sometimes it's great! Sometimes, employees are rude, food is always prepared when I get there; not ready to go.
