The staff who works night shift are very rude. My fiancé and I went about 5 in the morning and one of the servers told us that they were on break bc they haven’t had been on their feet all night. She refused to serve us. The cook was ready to take our order but her attitude and tone just made us not want to support that establishment. The older black lady with no hair is the server I’m speaking about
So I just left this waffle house and as usual these ladies killed it I did a live video on fb just to show how perfect my food was and these 3 look ladies never made me feel anything but love .In today's world where I am called a racist because of my looks all day they never once made me uncomfortable.great food great service and great friends thank you
This was a great WH experience. The service was fast and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and in full working order / fully stocked. The dinning room was clean and the tables and menus didn't feel sticky like they often do.
I arrived at the restaurant slightly before 6 AM and was refused service. This was due to the grill needing to be cleaned. However, there were gentlemen sitting the counter that had not been served their food yet. This type of service is unacceptable. I work at the plant next this restaurant and will tell anyone who will listen why they should not go to your establishment. If I were a different race this would not have happend.
As long MS. Tressa or Robert is there on the grill everything is always good and fresh. One of the most cleanest waffle House to can go to! All the server's are great
Good service and good food. However, they keep it too cold... uncomfortable and insures you'll have cold food if you don't eat quickly.
I been getting the sausage, egg, cheese grit bowl lately for breakfast! Other than that, I'm a Grilled Chicken Texas Melt plate
This particular Waffle House is truly the best I have ever visited. Wonderful staff, squeaky clean and of course, the great Waffle House menu. Very caring, attentive waiters and practically no wait time between ordering and being served.
