I also would give zero stars if I could. Food is just plain nasty. Tastes like water or canned food. Food is often brung out cold and tasteless. I'm actually surprised this place is still going with the bad reputation the owner has around town. I won't ever be eating here again. A complete waste of time.Do yourself a favor and fine some place to eat that's actually good and has flavor. Oh and this is the place that gives itself fake positive reviews ??Yes, it's an open secret that this owner does that. Most people in town know.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I dined here on Saturday night March 26th. The first time we had a date night in 7-8 months. We wanted to try something new. We moved close to the area and wanted to support small restaurants. I have to say we will never ever eat here again. The food was awful! My food was so dry. It isn’t hard to make a quesadilla. The cheese was t all the way cooked and cold. They brought a side of Mac and cheese and it was cold and awful. They brought me a newer one and the colors were very different. Still awful. My husband got tacos and said they were so bland. Brought one home and our son couldn’t even eat it. He is an amazing eater. The service was awful. Sat there for about 15 minutes before someone came and took our drink order. We ordered food then. Took forever to get our food. The place at the time we went wasn’t busy. We ran out of drinks before our dinner was even brought to us which took a long time. I had to get up and go to the bar and ask to get a refill. She was so nice. She kept checking on us doing our waitress job. Our waitress didn’t even bring our drinks or food to us. She was very fast at getting us our check. There was a table at the front when we came in. A nice family. They were leaving as we were coming in. When we left their table still hadn’t been cleaned and we were there for a very long time. When we 1st parked I kept getting stared at bc we parked in handicapped. I have a plate. I have had 6 back surgeries and have a stress fracture I am trying to heal and wearing a boot. Not sure why I was looked bad at. My advice don’t go there. Save the money. Very disappointing. So, I wanted to add that the owner only responds on positive reviews. This review was over a week ago the owner seems to not care.
Great place to bring the family for a quick meal. The chicken is usually really really really goodAnd the vegetables are well seasoned. It’s a good atmosphere, and if you’re looking for some quick food for dinner for the kids but don’t wanna settle for fast food again, this is definitely your place to go. Highly recommend
Went with high expectations and left disappointed. Having been to the Charlotte location we thought it would be as equally good but the food and service wasn't what we expected. Mac'n cheese was horrible. It was watery, no seasoning, and the cheese looked/tasted like powder. The collards were just as bad, looked as though they were from a can, and were very bland. After waiting 20 minutes on wings they were just okay and not jumbo like the menu stated. When we asked for our check after trying to get our waitresses attention for 15 min we were told they're short staffed but we saw our waitress going to everyone's table but ours. We collectively decided we won't be back.
Ordered take out today for lunch. The nachos with shredded chicken were delicious and everything was fresh. The folks that work here are super friendly and my Boston Terrier made new friends in the curb side pickup line.
Sam is the best! She was on top of everything and joked with us. The food was excellent too. We had queso (best ever!), Chicken Jaco, and the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. We'd repeat all of it.
We love this place! Great food, lots of choices and very affordable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our return visit soon.
Second try at this place. Nope! they never wiped the table they let us sit and never came back. Went ordered a beer at the bar grabbed menus then waited and waited and waited. There was even a table of people after us that got served but I guess we never mattered. Sitting here finishing my beer then going somewhere else to eat. Never coming back!
Every visit has been a great time. Delicious beer and fantastic food. Outdoor seating perfect for big groups.
