We have a lot of fun here with Hannah as our excellent server and Michael leading Trivia Tuesday. The menu is limited although the food is good. I’ve had the tacos, flat bread pizza, burgers, tator tots and fries. If it wasn’t so cold inside and there were more atmosphere, the rating would be higher.
Awful. Slow, dirty, sticky everything. Out of tea, beef, and more. Two beers tasted bad, same with lemonade. Couldn't figure out how to unlock the gate to let our dog in and out when we entered and exited. Had to go ask for menus. Had to ask for ketchup, knives, forks, napkins, menus, etc. They gave us the most disgusting dog bowl. It was no wonder it was empty on a beautiful Saturday night. Staff was friendly, that's about the only nice thing we can say.
Had brunch for mother's day and chicken n waffles tasty! Breakfast skillet was great just wanted to try biscuits but they were out of them. Emily our server was excellent and very friendly! We will be back!
My wife and I sat outside recently and had a great time. Our server Danny was 5 star! He was very friendly, had a nice beer recommendation, and was nice enough to offer water for our 2 dogs. I hope the restaurant can keep Danny. We will definitely come back.
My wife and I went in for an early lunch, and discovered a brunch menu! We had no idea there was a brunch menu! We had previously only done a dinner pickup early in the pandemic. We arrived shortly after 11:00, before the lunch crowd, to avoid a lot of people...as has been our pandemic practice. Raven, our server, welcomed us and got us seated in the large dining area, and handed us the previously-unknown brunch menu...what a nice surprise! My wife ordered a homestyle brunch skillet and I ordered a southwest burrito. Food arrived quickly and was very good...we enjoy eating breakfast-y food most anytime, except for breakfast! Raven took good care of us and we had an enjoyable lunch.
I went here for music bingo last night (2-16-2022) and had a pleasant experience. Thought they were extremely busy our server was very attentive. They made us aware that they were under staffed but we’re trying their best. We had the boom boom shrimp and chicken nachos appetizer and both were phenomenal.They have so many beers on tap we could barley choose which one to get! Music bingo was very fun and the person running it was very engaging. Me and my group had a very good experience and we will recommend and be back!
I would suggest that anyone who has visited the Brass Tap before and had a bad experience to go back and try again.Originally I went when it first opened and then a follow up visit a few months later and both visits were really bad, poor service and bad attitudes along with being out of a lot of the drinks they advertised and long waits for food.This visit was exactly what you would expect when visiting a restaurant.Cindy was absolutely fantastic. She had great attitude, a warm smile and kept us informed about our food and drinks.The food was good and the drinks were very tasty. I would definitely go back.My only feedback I would give to the managers/owners would be, please make sure the music volume is not too loud. It was very difficult to have a conversation. I understand about having music is important, but people come out to enjoy each other, and I did not get a "get up and dance club vibe", it is a come hang out and have a great time.The new management is doing a great job and it is nice to have a new place to hang out.
Hats off to the team at The Brass Tap. I came in with a group of 20-25 people yesterday and they absolutely rocked it. Service was prompt at one point every employee of the restaurant chipped in to help our table. Our mixed drinks were great. I recommend the Strawberry margaritas! Most of our table ordered food and though we had to wait a little longer because of the size of our party the food came out hot and tasty! 10/10 would recommend!
It is amazing how many beers are on tap and how often they change. We love coming here for this reason and always hope Cindy is working. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to what beers are on tap and always recommends great new beers for us to try and enjoy. Cindy remembers us every time we come in and even when we are not sitting at the bar, she comes over to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and usually brings us recommendations for our next beers. Would highly recommend.
Overall great experience,great food and drinks but..the service? Lets just say this was my first time there and Presley made me feel right at home at the bar table. She checked on me frequently and made sure i always had a drink and something to munch on. Shouts out to presley and Brass Tap !!!
