OMG… I’m so excited to write this review 1st I want to say it was NO WAIT!! 2nd Our waiter was #amazing!!!! 3rd our food…. OUR FOOD WAS SOOOOO DELICIOUS ? I wanted to put the whole kitchen in my car and drive them to my house! Our meals was very flavorful fresh our drink was excellent you can taste the liquor in the drink it was not watered down the bartender made A ADULT DRINK! Our texasroad house experience was OVER THE TOP!! If I could give ??stars I would! Great job ? Texas Road house
l order steak and it was sent back 4 times and the manager Emma acted like she did care she was not friendly at all, and I will be contacting the franchise owner. When people spend money they expect to get what they pay for l am very dissatisfied. The waitress Jessica however was very nice and cared about making us happy I appreciate that. I ended up leaving with no food at all. 2 1/2 hours wasted sending my steak back 4 times.

We greatly appreciate the fact that they ask everyone to wait outside or in their cars when waiting for a table! It’s comfortable and COVID-safe waiting in your car, and they text when your table is ready. Our server was great and our meal was good. Our only complaint was that they mixed up our steak preferences. My husband got a medium-well sirloin (requested well-done), and I got a well-done ribeye (requested medium-well), so we couldn’t just swap plates. The steaks did not arrive with indicators in them, and they did not ask us to cut into our steaks to verify like they do at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants.
Dinner for 4. 3 out of 4 were excellent on the 6 oz Top Sirloin. Mine was tough for about 1/3 of the steak but the rest was great. Salads and sides were great.
My Daughter, Dad and I had a Fantastic lunch here today!! From being greeted at the door by Bella, and being seated immediately ahead of our wait time for a booth. Our waitresses name is Destiny, and she was extremely nice and polite as my daughter put it. Our food was served quickly and was Fantastic!!! Thumbs up for the entire staff for our lunch this afternoon!!! ?
The food is great and cooked to perfection. HOWEVER, the wait time is horrific. The lady taking names pushes out the time beyond what she initially quotes, extending the wait time even longer. An hr wait each time I've visited just for two people! Ridiculous! The little girls up at the counter at the front doors are not friendly, rather rude. Need new greeters who knows customer service. Billy (waiter) is Awesome!
The restaurant was bustling. The food was hot and cooked to order. Our waitress did an excellent job and was very pleasant.My only issue was the volume of the music. We had to almost shout at each other at our table. Turning it down 2 or 3 decibels would make eating more pleasant.
Never had a disappointing meal. Always delicious and satisfying.
