Honestly, this is one of the cleanest and well staffed Taco bells I've ever been to. Happen to be down at this part of town, was craving food decided to go with tacos. Did not disappoint.

The food was actually good and not messy. I gave e a 3 stars because the young gentleman at the drive through window had an attitude. Not sure if it was because I added 2 twists at the window then asked for sauce. Idk but I didn't think that would be such a big deal. Then clearly we were 5 of us and only got 3 napkins just ridiculous but at least the food was good.

Went here on a Saturday and was in line for over 20 minutes. When I arrived to the speaker to order one of the workers professionally apologized for the wait and explained the situation. The credit card reader was broken and I had to come inside. The mishap was handled professionally. I went again today and the drive-thru experience was flawless and the person taking my order was positive and great to work with, proving to me that that Saturday was a rare occurrence and not habitual. Keep it up with the positivity folks!

Just yes. They could film commercials using this location's food presentation and high-quality. Additionally, the staff are so nice and welcoming. If you go inside, you'll notice how clean the place is.

Love that the Mexican pizza is back! This location actually packages the Mexican pizza in the OG original box. Flashback to the 90s! It was as good as I remembered and the girl who took my order was super nice too! Thank you so much Taco Bell for hiring bc great people and making the awesome food you are known for!

This location is probably the worst location in the Rock Hill area. I usually stop by TB probably 3-4 times a month. It’s a go to favorite for me but this location specifically is consistently out of EVERYTHING. They barely have the bare minimum. I have never been to a Taco Bell that was so understocked and was only able to make plain soft and hard tacos. The last time, they were out of CHEESE, nacho fries, and weren’t able to make any fired items for an unknown reason.On top of this, I never get my correct order. After 3 times of checking my bag and having to sit in the drive thru AGAIN, I stopped pulling forward to allow the next customer in until I had accounted every piece of food I was supposed to receive. Many times after waiting and checking my bag, I have found more missing items. I have never been to this location and not had a fully correct order. I don’t like tomatoes and always ask for them to be taken off. I always get tomatoes. Cool, whatever, I can pick them off.This location also has the worst staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’m met with rude remarks, nasty attitudes, and I’m made to feel like a burden for trying to get food after work. Asking for hot sauce seems like the end of the world to the cashiers! It’s ridiculous!!All in all, save your time and go to the Dave Lyle Blvd Taco Bell. Immensely better, stocked, and polite staff.

Ordered crunch rap and they put no beef in it...basically paid 10$ for tortilla... won't be going here again any time soon...

With a car full of people.. 2 adults and 3 children.. we went through the drive through and everyone was very nice. We recievedour food and parked to eat because it was drive through only. We noticed that one of the children didn't get her order and the youngest recieved 2 chicken tacos instead of 3 cheese rolls. We went back through the drive through to explain and was asked to come to the window. At the window the manager Marcel took our receipt and asked us to give him our order back so he could see what was missing. Myself, the other adult, and 1 of the children had ate our stuff while in line. I showed him the 2 chicken tacos that we were given by mistake and explained that we could not show him what we didn't get. He asked us to pull to the front door.. we did so and waited.. then we went to the door. And they wouldn't come over to assist. We finally called the police because they wouldn't give us our food. 1 worker came out and then gave us the food that we were missing. Such a disgrace.. ive never experienced anything like this at any resturant.

Whatever you do here, don't do something complicated like pay with cash. When you hand the guy at the window $5 for a $3.27 bill, you should be happy with the $1.06 you get back. Excuse for not fixing the problem: 'I can't open the register'.

My meal was fine, but my companion was missing her cheesy potatoes, and burnt/barely filled crunchwrap. Don't want to be a bother, but consistency in the same order would be appreciated.
