This location had great tacos...stay away from York location. They have soggy tacos.Update: 5/19/2022.. The mexican pizzas are back! There was a 45 minute wait in the drive thru, they got our order wrong, but made it right when I went inside. They were having computer problems, but everyone was super nice.
This place is terrible. Ordering online is impossible. The order never goes through. The drive-thru line is out the parking lot. Finally my turn to order, but now they're only accepting cash.... And I get to wait in line to leave. Terrible terrible service. If you do get a chance to order some food. Be sure to check it before you leave. 75% of the time the order will be wrong or missing something...
Waited 30 minutes in line (which i didn’t mind) but if I had to wait that long I was going to check my order before I left so that I didn’t have to wait forever again if something was wrong. Asked for my receipt the lady took my bag shoved it in there and handed it back and said “receipt is in the bag” and shuts the window aggressively. Then a guy comes up and says that I need to move if I’m going to check my order. If they hate their job so much they need to quit. I’m literally paying you for MY food.
This is the worst Taco Bell in history, and every single worker needs to be fired. I really don’t know how people can be so lazy and so rude, was in the drive-through for 30 minutes, finally get to the speaker and they were rude so I said just cancel my order because I did mobile. The uneducated people their process my order so I couldn’t get a refund without going to corporate which I currently am doing, I think somebody needs to go there and clean house they don’t deserve jobs
Dear lord, they cannot follow a simple order and also can't make a crunch wrap. I waoted 20 minutes for my food and I'm disappointed. Night shift needs to be trained because my crunch wrap isn't supposed to be a taco. It fell apart after taking it out of the package. Also didn't get my cravings box the food was thrown into a bag
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food... just to get all the way home for my order to be wrong && I was shorted a taco... but at least the food was hot, I guess....
Me and my boyfriend come here regularly and over the last few weeks the quality has just been dropping so we gave it a break we went back tonight and the women at the drive threw was rude and she said we had a limit to order of 5 things and that includes everything in your meal so you can pretty much order for 2 people when we live with 5 she was so happy that we canceled the order when we got to the window
I understand that people are having a problem hiring right now. That being said limiting what you can order is ridiculous. We could only order 6 tacos. We will not be back. There are way more choices that allow us to buy enough food to feed our family.
This location seriously needs better training and employees... Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla meal with soft taco.. (One of my fav go to meals) Any way we received our food got home and my Quesadilla barely had chicken at all half was completely just cheese.. My soft Taco had tomatoes which does not come on the reg soft taco.. All on all I was very disappointed and Left hungry...
Got up the the speaker was told one second. Two cars were in front of me so I was thinking they may have been short staffed then waited for about 5 mins no one came to the speaker drove my the window and kitchen looked empty.
