If 0 stars were an option I would choose that. As we ordered on the kiosk a friendly older couple came in behind us hoping to order at the counter. The manager on duty rudly screamed at them to use the kiosk. The nice older lady tried advising they had food allergies and the manager said that's not my problem go somewhere else. The kids and I offered to help them use the kiosk but they declined understandably frustrated chose to leave. We received our order and was waiting on our drinks when the rude younger male asked what we wanted my daughter advised our drinks. Our order was wrong on top of it. Worst taco bell experience and that comes from someone who managed one for years. If you don't like your job find another one but don't take it out on your customers or their children. This place should be shut down. I guess quantity oversteps quality these days. However in this case the quantity of workers does not equate to quality service.
First of all, I NEVER post a review, No matter how bad the service. But after speaking with the Manager Samantha, or she said? I wanted people to be aware to double check your order b4 leaving the drive through!!! The PRICE got my attention, But I added stuff, so maybe that was it. But order was totally messed up and double charged! I'll be calling DISTRICT Manager, since Samantha didn't seem to care about my experience.
Visiting from SC stopped by this location and I can honestly say this is the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. Rude from the start couldn't count money or drinks right we spent $35 here food was cold and we were missing food that was supposed to come with our order. Will never come here again will go somewhere else when I visit NC again
this is no good we order chicken quesadilla was cold even the cheese wasn’t melt was cold to I order soft taco how u see in the picture the taco is flour tortilla but the tortilla is hard and falling pieces of the tortillaIs just manager or employees do what ever the want and don’t care about what the serve anymore I ask for medium hot salsa the give me mild is just goin worst and worst ??
Manager should be fired. Rude ugly-attitude girl at the window for no reason from the start. We get home to 5 Crunchwraps with no meat and then were refused a full refund or given new product for the inconvenience (when it was clearly done on purpose)? Trash. You can’t claim it was an untrained person when the meat was put on then removed.
How to say I love the Taco Bell fries? I like them better than Wendy's! I love this location specifically because it is close by to my church. It is my go-to for lunch Sunday afternoon. The staff here is always so nice and polite, and they make the best Crunchwrap Supremes. I also love the way they make their bean burritos, they just seemed easier than any other location of been too. Stack that on top of a burrito supreme and some fries and I am happy! Thank you guys for making such a great place for me to come for life's little Rewards.
If I could give them the 0 starts I would. Manager was disrespectful. Disgusting customer service. Didn’t put any meat in my crunchy taco. How is this place still in business.
Went inside to order food.. on the door it says dine-in! So we went inside to order the kid behind the counter runs up to the counter and screams at us saying we are closed on the inside and motions very rudely q ith his hands to get out. So I said that you should put a sign on the door letting people know so they don't have to deal with your rude mouth... he then starts cursing at us... very unprofessional and will definitely do everything I can to make sure that guy doesn't have a job anymore because thats not how you treat people!!
Just a bad experience. Drive thru was down, so went inside where they were only accepting kiosk orders despite the fact there were a handful of employees just standing around. Took too long, the whole idea of fast food has become obsolete.
Taco bell, and chick fila are my favorite restaurants! Great food, great quality, and overall great places. I just love them. You need to go there for lunch or dinner anyday! (Except Sunday chicken fila is closed on sundays!)
