I would avoid this location. The other subways in rock hill are significantly better quality. Every online order I've placed has had something missing, wrong, or they flat out don't accept the order. Got the Baja chicken sub tonight, it has 0 sauce on it and only has the regular chicken not the rotisserie. The salad we ordered was also missing half the ingredients. Pretty frustrating when this consistently happens.
Good breakfast flat bread veggie pattie wit bacon paperback cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers, cucumbers , tomatoes and black pepper, mayo,ranch and sweet onion sauce. Cut n half please. The Subway eat fresh.
My wife and I came to this subway for dinner on march 08, 2022. We expected our normal subway when we arrived unfortunately we left extremely disgusted. When we started our order a someone on the counter was bleeding on the counter showing it around like it was a joke. When it finally came time to add to our sandwiches, i had to get a replacement paper. The entire working block was covered in old lettuce, condiments and tomatoes. This is the worst subway experience by far. .5 out of 5 for us. Will not be coming back! Good luck. I hope your business improves.
Employees at Subway on Celanese bypass are excellent. At the time two ladies took care of me and got my food fast.
Horrible experience. Teenagers without supervision. They didn't have my online order ready, then informed me that they didn't have meat for 1sub and then had little bread, then ran out of bags.outta uniform girl went thru my food.
Absolutely the worst experience of my life at Subway charged me the wrong price And then voided my first transaction Off my debit card which was a total of $12.50 They did that And rung up my order again It will be exact same order i originally already had and it came out to be $13.06 So I ended up paying $27 for it and got a wait for that to go back on my card which will take 3-5 days.
Just wanted to say, I came in tonight around 7pm. The young man that made my sub was very polite and thoughtful. Probably gave the best customer service I have ever experienced at subway. Sorry I didn't catch his name.
I use to enjoy this location as I live very close by. Went in today and the lady was SUPER rude. Came out with mask on her chin, started making my order while still chewing what ever she was eating in the back, had a attitude the whole time like a child pouting, the store was SUPER dirty and the bread is borderline burnt,would rather drive across town to ANY other location then drive the 2 minutes it takes me to get to this location
1:30.on a Wednesday I had a blind client not helpful she couldn't get her discount to work on her app..they can't help me. Very frustrating
