Two items were wrong. Girl working had her little kid (maybe 2 years old) blocked off with the chip rack BEHIND the service area (child was alone) where food is made and removed him when guests walked in. When I called to make a complaint the mother of the child yelled at me and then proceeded to hang up on me.Please pay this woman more so she can hire an actual babysitter and I can get my food made properly.
Be sure to get the subway secret menu items...good sammich, only place in town that offers a variety of breads. Cheap eats. Needing more veggies and vegan ingredients.
Terrible service and weak sandwich. The girl working was discussed that I even came in and didn’t try to hide it. The guy in line behind me said “dang! That’s all the meat you’re getting?!” She gave him a look that could kill.
Service was excellent and gives you your money's worth
The bread was hard like it was leftover from yesterday. They are super slow and not know how to prepare a sandwich. All of the toppings are placed on one side. All of the tables were dirty with leftover napkins and straws left on them. I will not be returning back.
Doors locked 20 minutes before closing time. Get bent.
The cleanness of this place is always subpart. But, the cashier's are always talkative and helpful. I love coming to this subway when I get the chance to be on this side of town.
Great food and service
I am a regular who comes every Friday after I get off work and I am beyond happy with my experience every single time. I am greeted by 2 young adults. one I believe is named Emily and they are phenomenal!!!! great customer service and wonderful sub making skills. There could be a huge line when I walk in but with their great team effort I am in there and out within 5 minutes. I love this place.
Had the most AMAZING experience in my whole life at a restaurant!! I will definitely be a loyal customer ! I had this two employees of the names “emilee and Gabriel” and they killed it ! Absolutely the fastest and nicest workers I’ve ever seen in rock hill! I willBe telling all my friend to come here!
