I only put two stars because the young man that was making my sandwich was really nice and explained why I couldn’t get what I’m paying for. Secondly I walked in and what I’m guessing to be the owner was talking to an employee about his working hours. I thought that to be very disrespectful and belittling to the young man, I don’t care if that young man called out the day before and he was short staffed talk to that individual privately not in front of customers. I think the manager on duty was Very condescending the owner had already explained to the young man why it was important for him to be on time the manager then for some reason Thought she had to re-iterate the same thing the owner had already said as if she wanted to show she was in charge.

It's great when it's open. This is the third time now I've come during posted hours, and the doors are locked. This time though employees were sitting inside and waved me off.

Very sweet girl that waited on me. She was quick,polite and knew what she was doing.

Rude rude rude service. They are new owners. Language issues may lead to misunderstandings. The prior owners were great and this was a pleasant and clean place to eat. Subway should screen franchise owners better to maintain their good name. And food service workers should maintain courtesy. Of course customers must try to understand as well.

Horrible I’d give them 0 stars if it would let me. I order the 6 in. chicken bacon ranch sandwich form the app for pick up. Opened the sandwich up and it seemed very flat to me. Yea took a bit and all I could taste was bacon and veggies. I opened it up at there was barely any chicken in it. So I went up to the cashier to show her. She was very rude and told me I needed to talk to the woman who made my sandwich. I showed her a she proceeded to show me that there was chicken in my sandwich. I said you mean these 4 little pieces? And she very rudely said yes. I said ok I’ll never be back here again and they had the nerve to laugh at me. Great customer service!!!! I’ll stick to my neighborhood subway we’re I’m always greeted with a big smile and have polite works and chicken on their sandwiches

Waited 30 minutes to place my order. Neither girl had any sense of urgency . Locked the doors at 1:00 on a Sunday, with ppl lined up! All the girl kept saying was “ we’re running out of everything “ Disgraceful!

Would rate no stars if possible. Your closed at 3pm, frequently? No more

I would do a good review if they were open. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed or for how long. Wow!

Horrible experience. Went in for a simple sub. Young girl had trouble cutting the bread. Threw half of the bread away. Reached into the garbage and pulled out soiled saran wrap. Walked back over to continue to make the sub I ordered with the gloves she used while in the trash. I told her I don't think so! She started to make sub and put half the meat on it. At this point I was done. There were two other females standing right next to her counting money in register and didn't seem to care. I walked out. With all the trouble Subway is having in the media you would think they would at least try. Will not be back.

The reason why I'm making this post is about a young girl in there. She was very nice and had a beautiful smile. She has twist in her hair and she look about 16-17. She was the only one taking people orders and ringing them up with no problem. The other young lady was just sitting there watching. But overall if that young lady is not there when I come back I don't even want the sub. I'm going to ask her can she do my sub all the time. That's the reason why I keep coming back because of her.
