Sandwich makers we're very nice. Bread was gummy, and meat was tasteless.
Subs are made well, nothing wrong with the place just not 5 Stat worthy. Staff is very friendly and I would return.
After having them bring an order out to my handicap van in the parking lot on three separate vacations in the past, this young lady on the phone told me that they would absolutely not do that and then hung up on me. I will not tolerate such attitude. I will take my business and handicap van elsewhere.
Oh my God I cannot put into words the superior customer service that is here in the evening but during the day I imagine it's chaos because once again no one to report to work understand underpaid overworked all the ingredients for disaster

Very friendly and the sub was awesome
Placed an online order. Got there and was given a bad attitude by the girl who rudely told me “online orders are all off the rack.” I grab my order and drive home and realize that they didn’t include the cookies or my drink. I live in Columbia so it wasn’t like I could pick it up. I called the store to see if they can give me a refund on my card since it was online, and was told to come back for a replacement. Told them I live in Columbia and they said they couldn’t do much about that but will call me back. Will not go back.
I enjoyed my footlong turkey sandwich and chips, and I'm glad the sweet flavor tea wasn't overly sweet! I'm looking forward to snacking on my chocolate chip cookies later!
