I have been a long time customer and to my surprise I was charged extra for the caramel syrup in my latte and .80 for light whip cream for a total of almost $6. for a grande. I thought that was extremely bad for business.

Order two grande drinks. Was giving the wrong size. Instead of remaking the correct size, the person making the drink poured into the larger cup and just added ice and milk. It was okay not my usual drink that when made correctly is delicious! Definitely didn't get my money's worth and the employee did not up hold to Starbucks standards!

Just stopped to get the coffee, saw that the drive-thru was ridiculously long and opted to run in instead. Waited for 50 minutes for 4 drinks and 1 cake pop. Thankful to not live close by since I will not be returning ever. Just a word of caution if this might be your regular spot. Oh and my drink sucked which is abnormal for free standing stores. There were easily 10 people behind the counter but they were incredibly disorganized in regard to their drink baking timing. Just awful.

Slow slow slow.. But our order was perfect and customer service was amazing.. They explained how they only had 2 people so i can understand why they were so slow.. They did the best they can.. Drinks were spot on!!

Long wait time in the drive thru. Had to repeat an almond milk latte about nine different times with multiple baristas. I was a Starbucks barista for four years i guess the customer service changed with the CEO

Often are out of items. Today they were out of all cake pops (had no flavors), since I was there for my kids the other thing they eat are chocolate cookies and (out of those too).. bummer!! Good coffee at least
