28 minutes for a Cafe Mocha. It was Sunday morning and they had some big orders , Mgr was overwhelmed.
They should be closed down never have anything in stock everyday I go here on way to work and everyday they basically have only regular coffee and cake pops whoever is in charge shouldn’t be if you cnt keep products in stock why is the store open last time going to this location and all the store seems to have the same problem waste of gas and time to sit in a line and be told they have nothing you want
I love Starbucks and the customer service, my only complaint is when they do get busy only having one sometimes two baristas. They do there best but I can see how it can’t get overwhelming having to take orders and make drinks. My only other complaint and this is with Starbucks worldwide, is being out of popular ingredients. I’ve been wanting to order my favorite drink for awhile but you have been out of ingredients. I’m sure it is just the shortage in general in the world but it still sucks.
I have to say the company as a whole has gone down hill in the past couple years. When we placed our order. Two people were getting their drinks redone. The individual who took the drinks back was not good. She was pretty snappy and it looked like one of the drinks that was remade was still not right. I won’t blame the individual for not stirring the drink, since the company thinks having espresso on the top with other flavors at the bottom makes sense, but there are better ways to handle criticism.TLDR; customer service is not great. If there’s a Biggby on your route, go there.

The syrups all Starbucks use have odd taste and after taste
On the plus side, it wasn't crowded and our drinks came out fast however the worker there was completely unpleasant for no reason and acted like she didn't want to be there.
