Waited 45 minutes in the “drive thru” just so they can say they are completely out of every single possible food items, then we asked for a military discount and they said “why would we have that”, you could have just said no…. Lastly but not least the “hot” chocolate we ordered was cold, like how is that possible? Ive been to this location multiple times and this is showing that this store is going downhill.
So very very noisy. And every time I come to Starbucks, the prices creep up and up alarmingly
Ordered a coffee Vanilla frappe, and they gave me this. I asked for whip cream and she said no sorry. What type of frappe does not have whip cream. Very disappointed. Not coming here again.
Im a Dunkin kinda girl, but I got a gift card so I tried Starbucks for a week. And not bad I tried the bacon and Gouda eggs bites and those are freaking delicious! I also tried the turkey bacon and egg English muffin also quite delicious. The coffee well it wasnt bad it could've been hotter it wasn't scalding burn my mouth but it was warm ( I am a hot coffee drinker) old school when it comes to my coffee. But overall I enjoyed it. I will go back the breakfast is really good!!
Shannon is wonderful! As well as all the other employees! Starbucks app does not allow you to modify “sweet cream instead of milk” in Iced Lattes. For years now I have had to change my name to “sweet cream instead of milk please” I typically go to Starbucks at my job where they know me. Recently I have been going by my house at this location. Shannon was sweet enough to offer me a remade drink even though this is no fault of theirs. She was so incredibly kind and warm on the phone. I look forward to seeing y’all more (probably everyday lol)… sincerely,Sweet Cream instead of Milk please (AKA Amber)
I went to this Starbucks on Cherry Road Nr Winthrop University. I ordered a veinte shaken iced expresso (a large one). I asked for half iced and I like my coffee dark. Jacob gave me a large cup which was half-filled. When I inquired why, he told me he couldn’t add more expresso because they rely on the milk to fill the cup? What? Another barista (female with black hair) came over and stated the same thing. I stated after two sips I’d be finished with a large drink I paid for when I should have ordered a grande(small). I asked her to give me a little more milk since I wanted more in the cup. She took the original one I had, discarded it and proceeded to make a new one. All the while, she has an attitude and ignores me when I ask for half ice in the cup. She makes a new one with more milk(which is not what I wanted) and sarcastically says, “is this good”? I take the drink and say thank you. Oh, by the way, she totally forgets to bring my warm banana bread I payed for until I reminded her. Needless to say, I will not be going back here. Also, I don’t know what she put in my drink, but my stomach started hurting after drinking half of it.#baristas with major attitudes#gettingagoodcupofjoeshouldbepleasant
I used to go here a few times a week. Sometimes, twice a day. Now, I don't. In the morning, the line is a half hour to get through - at least and the same after lunch. I like Starbucks, but you need to cut back on the menu, stop allowing people to order ahead and focus on drive through and in store. Keep it simple.
Twice arrived and indoor dining is closed but no indication on the web page. Not fair to people to arrive to read a sign on the door.Dropped to two stars, walked in the cold for 30 minutes, arrived and the sign said hours open and the door was locked. Drive thru is open because that is where most of the revenue is generated. But when one does not have a car we need indoor service. McDonald's, Taco Bell, and other organizations at least have a kiosk indoor ordering or online if any personnel resources for staffing.Fix the problem not just use a sign on the door...Thanks!
It would be nice if this location would keep consistent hours of operation. Website says they close at 10:00pm, yet it’s like spinning the roulette wheel. Some nights it’s 8:00, 8:30. Either schedule appropriately or change your hours and be consistent. It’s basic management 101.
Poorly managed is all I can say about this store. The hours are very inconsistent and tonight they were closed by 4pm the night of the Christmas parade which was a let down to my kids as this has been our tradition to get hot chocolate at Starbucks before the parade for the last 4 years we’ve lived in this neighborhood. I don’t know why they can’t get it together but all I can think of is new management from top to bottom would be in order at this point Iwon’t even drive by there anymore because I’m so over getting there just to find them closed.
