I have not been here in a while but they have really stepped up the look on the inside with a clean and refreshed look and added some booths. It's definitely more welcoming than before. The food came out at different times and it was slow but it was fresh and hot. There were no issues with the food itself! We both ordered the raw fries medium and they were perfect. I gave it 4 stars because it was not a quick in and out lunch.
Gave a 3rd chance and it was worse. This time, after placing door dash order, I called to make sure dressings were included and was assured they had it. Not. I was charged for extra dressings and received zero. I called and was told that they were so busy that they couldn’t check orders for accuracy. What? Never tell the customer that. Also told her they charged me for extra and didn’t deliver. She said no refunds. Person was so, so rude until the manager yanked the phone from her hand and was super nice, but couldn’t do anything accept “put me on a list for extra dressing next time”. Unfortunately I had to get the compensation from Door Dash, who was great about it. Sounds crazy but the dressing is part of why I really like Shawkers. And I was missing boneless wings. No more. Burn me once, shame on you, twice? Shame on me! No more Shawkers.
I’ve let this place slide twice but this doesn’t make any sense! I use to be a frequent customer however, I will NEVER spend a dime in this restaurant again. Ordered a fried oyster wrap. I picked up my order and the oysters were nasty and soggy. They charged me for fries and it comes with the order. Not to mention I’m allergic to shrimp.. I BIT INTO A SHIRMP!!!! How do you mess up a simple order!!! Really thinking about making this a legal matter at this point. Good thing I had my epipen!!!! Close this place down!!!!

I LOVE this place. The environment is so down to earth. The food is AMAZING! Jamie & Crystal are the BEST! Hands down! Crystal is the BOMB. She will go above & beyond for you! If you've never been, GO! its a must.
Great food! Took it to go! Bartender packed it up and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we are it town we will visit again for sure. Yummy!
The food wasn't too bad. Not as good as usually though, Green tomatoes way over cooked. & a frozen corn dog served, i don't know what's going on and the service, let me say this some people just don't need a job with the public. Its just been awful past 2 times we went. On their phones. If they pay attention & get off them & check on their customers. But the one young lady with long hair, I haven't seen her in there lately. she was always AMAZING & so attentive & kind! I hate that if she's not there anymore. If anyone knows where she went let me know!
I had a great experience at Shawkers. Food was delicious. I had wings (bbq & honey bbq) with a side of onion rings. The atmosphere was chill & fun. The staff was nice and had good humor. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.
Chicken Philly with everything on it .Came with just cheese .Asked where everything else was. Ok they take it back to kitchen WINDOW where is sat and gotSaggy well it waited on the onions and peppers to be cooked. And I end up paying good money for that
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to dine-in alone and was never greeted or serviced. The place was almost empty and a family of 5 or more came in and were immediately greeted and serviced. I will NEVER eat there again.
