Never order online here!!! I waited 15-20 mins passed my pickup time. What is the point of setting a pick up time if it’s not going to be ready when it’s time! The whole time I was waiting all I heard was these girls cursing and talking so unprofessional in the kitchen for the entire place to hear. “F this, these grits taste disgusting” “put some salt on those f-big fries” yadda, yadda, yadda… so unprofessional!!!
James, is the nicest professional manager. The food is delicious and the restaurant is very clean. I visit this location every time I'm in Fort Mills.
The food is barely mediocre. I ordered the BBQ cheese fries and they came out cold with cold shredded cheese on top. ? The service was very good and we enjoyed the young lady who waited on us but other than her there were really no redeeming factors about eating there. On top of the food being just ok to barely palatable it was outrageously expensive!
Normally we love eating there but the past two times it has been absolutely awful. Cold greasy and very much not worth 39.00 !!!!!We were the only people there sooooooooooooooooWhat does that sayAlso they weren't doing anything but playing around.At 7:30 not even late.So expensive for the quality!!!And the employees stayed on their phones. We let them know it was cold and they did not care.I called when I got home hoping to reach the owner only to get the manager who kept telling me to watch my attitude basically. As if it couldn't get worse she informed me she was present in the kitchen when our food was prepared. ?Terrible customer service!!!! Never shall they ever get another dime. Can't get over the cocky uncaring manager.Good luck if you risk it in Shane's rib shack.
Call in a 20 peace order of chicken wings and got a order of baby chicken wings extremely disappointed asked for the District manager and was refused the phone number. The wings was extremely small. Never had that experience there before so when I got home that was upsetting so I returned to get my money back. Customer service is everything.
Good food but rude employees up front ! Girl couldn’t stay off phone while taking our order & had a bad attitude ! All I gotta say is if u don’t like working with the public don’t work at a restaurant! Do BETTER!
I usually smoke my own pork but once in a while I don't have 18 hours so I go to Shane's .... and I get their burger that comes with a ton of pulled port and smothered in fine cropped coleslaw and let me tell you...bring a towel! The burger is honestly big enough for two people, but I keep it to myself. Most smoke houses are the same but Shane's just has something a little better...THAT BURGER! Check them out, it's worth it.
For $22 I Got 4 Wings That Looked Like They Where Baby Wings And 3 Tenders And Cold Fries That Where Not Many And Some Baked Beans...Who Prices These Items I Mean I Could Of Gotten More Wings Cheaper Than 9 Items I Got 4 Less...I Have Never Had A Bad Experience Since I Have Been To Shane's Rib Shack But Last Night Was Awful!
Love these guys, never disappoints. Love their app, super easy ordering online-always on time for pickup and always hot. Talk about sauces-they never skimp on em'. Also great how you can earn free food with their reward points-seem to get something free every time we order online there :)
Terry the cashier at Shane's was friendly but neglected to give enough bbq sauce for both plates nor did she put any toast on the plates. Asked for 2 large teas. Teas were the size of a small. I was very disappointed for the price. I called to complain to the cashier with no response from her of why the service was poor.
