Employees hanging out talking with manager instead of bussing tables. Salad bar was trashed. Windows are filthy. Disappointed. Stopped here before and we liked it. We wont be back.
The rib eye steak was bland, absolutely not flavor. Not color to the outside, was like placed on one side to just turn a little color and the other side less color.
Salad bar open Up to Ruby Tuesday corporate standards. Salad bar well stocked. Plenty of parking. Close to interstate I-77
The food was sooo good, I loved the awesome burger.
The flavor of my Philly was good, not great. I was disappointed with the portion. For $14.00+ one would expect a regular size Philly. The staff was great. They were polite, attentive and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my expectations not being met. I would not recommend this item from their menu.
Had a great ecoupon for this week. Service was good. It was a little long waiting for food but not outrageous.
T our bartender tonight was amazing. He was a bit overwhelmed with the St. Pats crowd…we understand! He told us ahead of time as we sat at the bar, that he would be with us just as quick as he could. We were totally fine with that, acknowledging that we were there was all we needed! He didn’t want to short his tables or the to-go orders he was responsible for also. As a good one would do, he asked for help. His manager came out and poured us a couple of beers…after a long day, that’s all we wanted! He was excellent…super high energy and he made you feel really glad to be there! Restaurants are short on work…if you go out to eat, patience means so much to all in the industry. I’ll be going back to see him and the entire staff that worked hard and very well together.
I got two family meals and they were both terrible. Our chicken tenders were old, super salt, extra greasy, and dark due to old oil. They were terrible. My pasta was the queso Mac and cheese with chicken. It isn't on the menu however the representative that took my order explained the dish but he forgot to mention it has spaghetti sauce all over it. My kid can't have the sauce. It was a terrible experience.
*2/23/22 update - I had to update this review from 5 stars because I come here often for the salad and I'm seeing a reoccurring issue. Not only do I come here weekly but I bring my girlfriends and tell anyone that will listen about the great "healthy" options here. However, the last 3 times I've been to this Rock Hill location, there is always an issue with upkeep of the salad bar. Last night an older guy was "monitoring" it and got annoyed when customers asked him to refill items that were low. In addition to that, he's carrying multiple bowls of uncovered fresh greens in his arms, with no mask. The person attending to fresh food should be gloved and masked. Anyone approaching that area should be masked - it's still a pandemic going on. Also, since there are fresh items on the bar, it should be maintained regularly. Eggs should not be mixed with chickpeas, for example. If it happens, it should be cleaned and replaced. He looked over the bar and made no effort to clean it up. He showed no initiative or pride in his work. There are really good options in their salad bar but upkeep and placement of it need to be considered more carefully before someone becomes really ill. I started out to comment on the less than enthusiastic employee but now realize it's really a management issue.I see there are many other comments about upkeep of the salad bar. If they don't care about the upkeep of a popular feature at the front of the restaurant, imagine how the kitchen must look? I hear Golden Corral is better I'm going to check them out.I go for the salad and take it home. They have a bunch of great nutritious toppings.
Always a great salad bar. Friendly staff, good food. A wonderful night out. Slightly short staffed it seemed, but a lot of places are right now so I don't hold it against them. Covid and all. But the waitress worked hard and we had a great night
